The TV ad says buy one and get one one free. But they don't have it when sales rep came to estimate. Total untrue ad.

Shady and Deceptive Company. Their employee got our downpayment of $ 7,850. He returned on another day and said they couldn't do the job since it required a jackhammer. A Dealbreaker. He could have seen that and told us the first day. So, when we called and asked for a refund, they said since it was a rush job, no refund. It wasn't a rush job which is accomplished in 3 days. Floor installation looks great! Fits nicely, matches existing wood better than I expected given that it's pre-finished vs finished in place. It was installed on very short notice, which was great. The flooring install was initially described as probably a one-day process for the whole thing, though one day might be tight for the stairs that we were doing. Had no issue with the installation ,or the crew that did actually they were very professional unlike the customer service people who advised me on the installation date ,and time . How can they give a open window time frame of between 4-6 PM for a job they estimated taking 3-4 hours to complete? When i question that i would not want any installation possibility starting at 6:00 ,and ending possibly at 9,or 10 PM they became very rude ,and didn't want to hear .my concerns just keep saying you signed the contract. Never use them! They were cutting my new carpet in the street gutter, in dirt and mud. Whenever I asked the installer why he was ruining the carpet he was very rude and said”where else am I gonna do it.“. When I called customer service, they were soooo disrepectful. They couldn’t care less and told me That I would have to take them to court to get my down payment back, They have no control over the install. They sub contract to other companies but one they receive payment, they don’t care what happens with the installation.

We had a Saturday installation. They showed up when they said, but did not have the manpower to complete the job in one day as promised, and had to come back on Sunday to finish. My wife & I had to sleep on the floor as our bed was disassembled and in the closet. When they hadn't arrived by 10 AM on Sunday, I called and got a answering service who told me there was nothing they could do, the office is closed. They finally returned Sunday at 11:30. They only get one star because we do love the floor. The workers came on Sept. 24 to install the vinyl flooring in our Kitchen. when they got to our kitchen island they started to place Quarter round around the island that matched the floor. I told the installers there was no where we were told they were going to that . It looked horrible.
