I am unhappy with the company after I asked to cancel an order a week in advance. I am 65 and my mom is 94. I went ahead ordered a floor, signed a waiver to not cancel, but then found out a week prior my landlord was installing new floor the next day. Just had our carpeting installed today after big delay. We are also in the middle of hardwood floor installation which will be finished tomorrow by NFD. We bought three rooms of carpeting, best padding and hardwood flooring for the hallways. Over $8,000 job! But big problems ensued! We are truly disappointed with our experience with National Floors Direct. If it wasn't for the installers, this would have been a 1 star review. The installers were polite, efficient and as professional as they could be given the circumstances. When we received our estimate, we expressed, numerous times, the concerns we had about our current flooring and what may be underneath. Unprofessional service, mediocre installment We recently had nearly our entire house done by National Floors Direct, replacing carpet with a combination of carpet and laminate flooring. The product itself is satisfactory and as expected, however the installation is mediocre and the service was downright unprofessional. I picked one star cause I was unable to pick zero. National floors direct is highly misleading and truly cares nothing about the customer. I have been brought to tears by this company. The flooring shade is nothing like the same I was shown and now thanks to the lies of the salesman my floor will be installed uneven.
Sales woman measured wrong and they didn’t have enough carpet to finish the job. Left 4 stairs unfinished with tack strips sticking up. Would not return to fix for 8 days. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

Company is very nasty and they will not adjust a problem they created.they just don't care and lie and rush. I will never use them again nor recommend.they did not do what they said and promised, and left me with a problem that they would not adjust.
One of the worst experiences we ever had, cost us money to follow their cancellation policies. The sales experience was out of a mafia movie.
