I had carpeting installed on my stairs and bedroom closet. I went with National Floors Direct because they gave me a better price compared to the other quotes I received. The service was also great. The whole process with national floors direct was very easy. When I inquired about an estimate they got back to me within minutes. They were very accommodating with the appointment and installation dates. The salesman was helpful in pointing me in the right direction of flooring and the installers were very knowledgeable as they had to install sub flooring with the hardwood flooring. I received a gift card for my time for posting this honest review.
They were amazing. The sales person came right to my house to give us a quote which was easy because another company told me to come to their show room to pick out a carpet and then they would come to our home. This would have been a slower process. The sales person was down to earth and friendly too! The install was fast and smooth. We will definitely be using again! Thanks National floors direct!
After I made initial contact with National Floors Direct, the salesman came directly to my home at my convenience. Hassle free sale as he helped us pick the carpet that was perfect for our basement. From the time of sale to installation was about 3 weeks because we picked a carpet that was just made available by the manufacturer - that was fine with us. Since the beginning of the process, estimate to installation, National Floors Direct has been great. They kept me informed every step of the way. The installer arrived right on time, walked me through the process and made sure i understood what is going on. He was very professional and maintained all COVID/ socal distancing guidelines. When finished he made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use NFD again and already recommended to friends and family.
great company. the salesman was very nice and helpful. the installers were nice and did a excellent job. they helped move the furniture and put it back when done. they did very clean job .and collected all the garbage and took it away. i will truly use them again.

I needed old carpet replaced in four rooms in my house. Carpet and hardwood installers both arrived on the same day and were able to work around each to get the job done in one day. The installers were able to install new hardwood flooring flush to existing hardwood floor so that I wouldn't need any transition piece, which was a big must have for me. From the first phone call to National Floors, to the salesperson coming to my house, to the finished product, we had a great experience. The customer service phone people are courteous, responsive, and engaged. The installers arrived an hour early - and were gracious to wait 15 minutes for me to return home.
