I was happy with the work provided by National Floors Direct. Their pricing was fair compared with other competitors. They were able to install sooner than other companies I got quotes from. I was browsing for carpet installation and came across National floor direct. As they were offering free quote I thought I would give a try. The sales executive came up with bunch of options and showed differences in each material and help me decide the carpet type and pattern. Great expect from start to finish. Quick and efficient! The floors look amazing. The salesman was wonderful and gave us a great quote. Installers worked hard and got the floors install in no time what so ever. They are an easy company to work with and I highly suggest going with them.
This was our first time using National Floors Direct and I would choose them again in the future. The whole experience was smooth, starting from requesting an estimate, arranging appointment, meeting their sales rep John, who was very professional, supportive and patient. The installation went over smoothly. They held up to theirs promises . We are thrilled with the end result.
I received a gift card for posting my honest review. NFD showed up w/in the timeframe given. The contractors were courteous and friendly. Confirmed the product prior to install. Once the install was complete, they walked us through everything to confirm we were happy with the install. There were no issues and I would hire NGF again.
I am completely satisfied and happy with the new flooring that was installed last week. the installers arrived within the time frame and they completed the work in 4 1/2 hours. they transformed my basement's storage area into a beautiful living room. the price for this project was within our budget.
