Dealing with National Floors Direct was an absolute pleasure. From their Salesman that came to our home for an at home estimate. To then dealing with the scheduling of the installation, where National Floors Direct gave us an appointment date much faster than we anticipated which was extraordinary for us. National Floors Direct provided us with great and quick service. Peter came to our home and provided us with samples and exact costs. They also helped us meet our budget. The installers came 2 days after the estimate, and the installers were all very nice and quick. Great service, highly recommend them to people who are looking for affordable and high quality products/service. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
We cannot thank National Floors Direct for the amazing work they did replacing our floors in both our bathroom and entryway. The salesman that came to our house walked us through all our flooring options, answering all questions. He was also able to beat the pricing of all other quotes we had received. Unbelievably responsive and professional. I received wonderful service and great advice. Never felt like I was being sold unnecessary services. They focused on getting the urgent job done as quickly and professionally as possible.

The salesperson was educated, polite and professional. The installers arrived on time and friendly and did their job well. We had some questions about the product prior to the install and the salesperson quickly answered all of our questions. The installers were not able to finish the job in one day (not their fault) but were there the next morning to finish. The finished product looks great and we are very happy with the results and would use National Floors Direct again.
National Floors Direct provided a top-notch hardwood floor installation for us last week. The installers were on time, did high quality work and cleaned the area before leaving. The hardwood is a perfect match for our existing floors, Great job – we are completely satisfied with the work.

The installer was courteous and punctual. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and took out the garbage. They also vacuumed the floor. Total white glove service experience. Highly recommend.
