This is my second time using NFD for flooring in my home. Seven years ago we have laminate floors installed. A pipe issue in the kitchen caused damage to a few planks so we decided to have the luxury vinyl installed in the kitchen since it is waterproof and more durable. It looks amazing! I can't wait to afford to extend the LVP into the living room and hallway. Also both times the installers were professional and through. Had rugs installed in the living room and hallway. It was a pleasure doing business with National Floors Direct. Customer representative and the installers were very informative, helpful and courteous. The rugs came out nice. I would recommend to all family and friends.

I would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone who is looking to find an all-around great experience. The sales rep was punctual, took the time to understand our needs and requirements, and was able to get us the best price possible. The installation was great as well. This is the second time I've hired National Floors Direct. The first time we did a bedroom and this time we carpeted a large living room. The guys were professional, tidy and did a great job with the carpet. It looks and feels fantastic. I'm very happy with the work and will continue to hire this company for all my flooring needs. My house had a mix of tile, hard wood and slate floors that I thought would be impossible to re-do without tearing it all up and starting from scratch. I first called the representative to come out and give me a quote on carpeting for my living room. I didn't really want carpeting but figured that was my only option due to the mix of surfaces. The sales person was very friendly very knowledgeable and answered all my questions never pressured me into buying anything. The install team was professional and very good I am extremely happy with the job they did. I would recommend national floors direct to anyone.
I was very impressed with dealing with National Floors Direct. Everything from start to finish went smoothly. The workers showed up on time, went over what they were going to do, and worked neatly to finish the job. The outcome was a beautifully done floor. They cleaned everything up and moved my furniture back to where it was. I can't wait for people to come over to see this professional job.
