I inquired about a free quote for a last minute for a carpet runner replacement on my house that was getting listed for sale. National Floors Direct came after a competitor. I wasnt looking to spend a lot of money, but I also didnt want the house too look "cheap". The competitor came in $250 cheaper with a basic grey carpet runner. We shopped around for flooring to replace our worn carpets. National Floors Direct was able to provide a very fair price and great quality vinyl tiles. We made our appointment and were kept informed about our appointment and what was needed to prepare for the workers to come. The workers were on time, professional, thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very positive experience, and we are absolutely delighted with the floor and how it looks. National Floors Direct was a pleasure to work with. We had a carpet installed and the service was fantastic. From the customer service representative to the salesman to the installers, each one was great. The installers verified the carpet and color when they arrived. They were prompt and very professional. Finally gave my bedroom a much needed update and called several places for estimates. National Floors Direct was first on my list for an in-home selection of flooring. Within 2 days, we had an appointment. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and perfectly matched a laminate floor that would compliment the main living space. He worked with my timeline for a date to install and my budget. The installers showed up on time and were very professional.
