I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with National Floors Direct. Brian Simone in sales was incredibly helpful in assisting my wife and I with selecting a great looking floor for our finished basement. He was very well prepared, professional and friendly. The workers who installed the floors did a very thorough, accurate job. Well, I have to say , what I saw on TV, was true. I got a god price for a great, well known product. The installer was just a great guy, he was clean in his work and professional and helpful. My experience with National floors direct was a positive one. From the start of the process to the finishing of the Job. The sales rep arrived within the tome frame that was given and call ahead to notify me of his arrival time. The select process was very detail and fully explained the types of wood and how they are rated versus other wood floors that are available. I’m very pleased with my new floors. My room looks so much better . Your workers are very nice very pleasant and efficient and explained everything to me. My only regret is I did not do this sooner.

National Floors installed carpet on my stairs and did a great job. They made the whole process simple and quick. During the consultation they provided good options for quality carpet and quoted me a good price. On the day of installation, they came during the designated timeframe, did the work, and cleaned up real nice. Although the timeline was slightly delayed due to unfortunate circumstances, National Floors Direct sent out an expert installer Kristopher who was able to do a fantastic job! The crew was great. They removed all carpet and cushion material. Thereafter, they measured carpet precisely for each area (bed rooms, closets, hall and stairway. You could not see any seams. They swept and vacuumed. Thereafter, they made sure that I was satisfied before leaving the premises. Great work.
