My experience with National Floors Direct was very positive from sales to installation. It was flawless. The sales associate was professional and knowledgeable. I had other companies that came in and they could not compare at all. The two individuals that came to install the carpet were fast, thorough and courteous, I would recommend NFD. Not only that and for the icing on the cake and to my surprise since my posting I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
We selected National floors to carpet our stairs that lead from first floor to second floor. Overall, the experience was positive, the intake call was easy and the appointment to have a salesperson come look at the job was made the next day. The salesperson was knowledgeable and brought samples for us to look at so we could make the right selection for our space. I absolutely love my new carpet! The installers were professional and made sure I was satisfy with the installation before leaving. My old basement carpet was over 20 years old. Once the new carpet was installed it was like gaining a new room in the house, I actually want to be down there now! What I liked the most about National Floors Direct was that they come to you! From sales guy to customer service to install crew, the experience was very positive. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install crew did an excellent job. We had a very positive experience with National floor Direct. The customer service was amazing from the very first phone call until the installation. Everyone was professional, showed up when they said they would, the salesman was very knowledgeable and made an overwhelming project seem very easy.
