I must say working with National Floors Direct (NFD)was a good experience from start to finish. NFD customer service was courtesy throughout my entire time working with them. NFD worked on my schedule without any hassle. Customer service notified before and after my floors were installed. The installers were very professional and finished my four rooms and staircase in one day. I was totally satisfied with National Floors Direct. I would highly recommend their services.
The sales and installations team members were both very timely and professional. I was given many options of carpeting to choose from and I am very happy with the final installed product. I had carpet installed in several areas of my home and not only was the process easy, it was stress free and the installers cleaned up throughout the process! I am very happy with my experience using National Floors Direct. We were able to schedule an appointment and measuring very quickly. The sales representative was very helpful with the measuring of the room, and showing us what our different options were for carpeting. He was able to let us know which carpet style/colors were available for installation the same week and we chose from those options. The installation was very quick and looks great!
