I have had a very positive experience with NFD after my brother recommended them. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule a free in-home estimate/consult and then had the carpet installed only a few days later! Installers were very polite and considerate of my home and were done quickly. They make sure you approve the work before they leave. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
I can't say enough about this company. Making an appointment was effortless. They showed up on time with samples in colors I had requested. The representative was professional and knowledgeable. I needed the job done asap and they were able to get it done within 48 hours! The installers knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. I'll definitely use Floors Direct for my next project!
Had carpet installed in the hallway and living room. Installers were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed during the entire process. They put my furniture back exactly the same way I had it.

Great installation! Our next-door neighbors had us fearing for the worst. We witnessed their place being under construction for weeks while a competitor did their floors. The crew that NFD sent us was efficient as could be and definitely not milking the timeclock for hours.
I contacted National Floor Direct sales thru their publicly available telephone number as I wanted my living Room hardwood floor replaced ASAP because of an event I was having in 3 weeks ... Hence, i was in a bit of a time pressure ....
