The sales rep was on time and easy to talk to. He had more than enough samples to choose from. The sales rep went over the care and warranty in an easy to understand manner. The installation techs were on time, courteous and were amazingly fast and treated my home with respect and took care not to damage The installation techs took care of a couple of issues without hesitation and cleaned the area before leaving. I would definitely use National Floors Direct again.
Sales process was very simple and efficient. I was impressed with the quality of the carpet offerings. While next day installation wasn’t possible, we had a scheduled appointment in less than a week. Install crew showed up on time and was courteous. The carpet exceeded my expectations from a comfort and quality standpoint. Would use again for sure. We decided to install new carpet in our living room hall way and stairs. NFD sales person was great. He got us the best price and prompt installation. The installers were on time and professional. They assisted in moving our larger furniture that we couldn't move. Installation as quick and looks great. Installers did a quick clean up and vacuum when they were done leaving the installation area nice and clean. Great price great product Thank you NFD!
The salesman was very friendly and professional. When it came time for the install, we were given very specific directions via email. The installation team took care of removing and discarding all the old carpet. One issue I had was that I wasn't happy with the way the carpet was installed under the base board so I asked the installer to fix it which he did. Overall the carpet in both rooms look nice.
Excellent work, on time, used masks for covid. Salesman helpful in getting best price. Very happy with final project. Highly recommend
The entire process was great from start to finish. The floors look great. The install took more of the day for two rooms and stairs. There was no mess left behind, spotless. The entire staff was so friendly. So much easier than trying to find someone to install a floor on your own.
