We loved working with National floors direct. This was our first experience and we would certainly use them again the installers were thorough and professional and were true craftsman. We have already recommended them to other family members!The quality of the material is great and prices were too!
Started with an in-home visit by a knowledgeable salesman. Kept informed with email notifications. Installers arrived on time to measure. Then they arrived on time to install finished carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope. The estimator was professional, and knowledgeable who took the time to go after allll the options as I can be very picky. The installers were professional, respectful and neat.
