National Floors did an excellent job with my kitchen floor. I had previously booked the job through Empire who canceled my install 4 times. After canceling that order, I called National Floors. Their representative provided a great deal on a vinyl floor. That vinyl floor ended up being cheaper than the laminate floor that I had originally booked through the previous company. On the day of the install, their representatives were on time and completed the job quickly. I was extremely happy with National Floors.
Possible yhe best experience I have ever had. I worked with two of the best installers I have ever come across. Cant say enough about the work that was done by these two gentlemen.
National Floors Direct is a great way to avoid all the hassles of buying flooring. The salesperson made it easy to select the flooring I wanted and he brought samples to choose among. I really love that all charges (including the pad for carpeting, installation fee, even taxes) are combined and the price quoted is exactly what you'll pay with no nickel and diming. The installer was prompt, very polite, and efficient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience buying from National Floors Direct.

Loved my floors. The installers did a great job. There was a scheduling hiccup but they waited and were so personable and professional.
National Floors Direct replaced my carpeting on two stairwells, my master suite, two office, and a long hallway. They also replaced the carpeting on my basement level with vinyl planking. This experience was really great from start to finish. I was only in Florida for 3 days and needed to get carpet installed. I met with NFD on Tuesday at my condo for a free estimate knowing I was leaving town Thursday and needed to get carpet installed before I left. I was told that it could be installed the next morning.
