We used National Floors Direct to install our carpet on our stairs order CT30547. From the sales associate to the installers our experience has been good. The sales associate was prompt and friendly. The installers called on the day of the install to let me know that they were about 15 minutes away. When the installers arrived, they went over what we chose for the carpet and where to be installed. They kept me updated on the progress. They were very clean and cleaned as they went along. My husband and I hired National Floors Direct to replace hardwood floors in ******************. The installer arrived on the day scheduled, and was very professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. We are very pleased with this job, it is so beautiful! This is the second job we hired National Direct for and both times they have exceeded our expectations! While it would be nice if every company would do all it promises to, sadly that is not always the case. When one does they go on my list of companies to return to. NFD is solidly on that list.

Great service from start to finish. The customer rep came over for a free quote within a week. He was so friendly and helpful, showing me difference in prices and never tried to upsell. Installation was quick and professional. Loved the finished outcome and would recommend to anyone.

Im very happy with the quality of my floor installation. Both my sales representative and installer were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer removed the existing tile and installed the new tile in under 5 hours. He made sure to clean his workspace during and after installation. He added some nice finishing touches, including a threshold between the bathroom and hallway.

My Experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the Beginning. The sales associate (*****) that did the in-home estimate was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He measured, discussed our options, provided samples, and worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with the offering, and even helped us negotiate the price. I was surprised how fast the process was from start to finish. They were able to work around my schedule for the installation date. Working with National Floors Direct was simple and easy. I couldn't ask for more out of them. The installers were courteous and professional during the whole install. They even addressed the care and maintenance of ************ as well as leaving behind any unused flooring.We are very pleased with our new floor and how great it looks.Thank you!!!
