From the moment that I called National Floors Direct I had nothing but exceptional service. From the Sales Rep who came out to my house to give me a quote even to the installers. We spent too much time stores from carpet stores to the big box chains. We called National Floors Direct, we had an appointment for someone to come out right away. We had numerous questions and were very picky. After a solid hour of information from the knowledgeable salesperson, we chose the perfect padding and the exact color carpet we were looking for. National Floors Direct were very professional in their service from beginning to end. We were able to select our floor from the sales rep that came and have the wood floors installed within the timeframe we choose. The men who installed our wood floors were above and beyond professional. We love the wood floor and recommend this company.
I just installed new carpets in my three bedrooms by National Floors Direct. The bedrooms look great and the installation team did a great job. The team arrived on time and showed me the carpet that I had chosen before installing, plus they verified the measurements in each of the rooms. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. This being said, I had two bedroom floors replaced. Both my daughters picked out different floors. My salesman was a big help in getting the girls what they wanted. The day of install two men showed up. They had all the supplies, so I did not have to store any supplies I my home. I was particularly impressed with NFD's speed. I filled out a form on a Saturday night, got a call back the next morning, and had someone give me an in-home estimate with carpet samples the following day! By Wednesday of that week the stairs I'd personally been putting off carpeting for so long were done! Very satisfied so far with this investment so far. It took a day to replace a badly stained carpet (living room/kitchen/guest bathroom and hallway). Our condo looks so much better now and goodbye carpet dust. The price we got quoted was decent and went with National Floors instead of their competition. Overall a good experience and hopefully the product lasts as they advertise it. This post was incentivized for the time I took to post this review.
