We just got our basement floors refinished with National Floors Direct and it was a great experience. It was easy and fast to get an appointment and the sales rep that came out was very helpful and personable. He even brought samples for ** to see and was very accommodating of our budget. We were able to get the floors installed just a couple days later and the installation team was professional and cleaned up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a flooring project.

After being totally confused by the options and process at a big box store, we decided to call National Floors direct. The Sales **** **** went through all the options and the process. We were thrilled when we found out they move furniture. The installation team showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. 2 guys finished 4 bedrooms with furniture in one day. Wow. Thank you and I would highly recommend. Ask for Rob.

NFD answered the phone. **** the rep showed up. Was a pleasure to have. Listen to what we wanted. Told ** his honest opinion. Not just a yes yes yes guy. Gave ** options. Allowed ** to see the layout explained things based on experience. Payment was easy. Install team came in and couldnt believe how fast they worked. They were fun to have in my house. I had a truly great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped me select a great carpet at a reasonable price. They communicated with me from time of order thru installation and the installers were on time, courteous and professional. I truly recommend them for any flooring project

Very great experience from start to finish! The salesman who came out to give us the estimate was excellent and very informative. It was not hard to decide from there many choices of flooring! The 2 man crew came and got my downstairs done in 6 hours. Also moved items around and cleaned after they finished. Highly recommended! National Floors Direct did a fantastic job installing carpet in my home last week. I purchased carpet for two rooms and was able to get the exact color I was looking for in a name brand top quality carpet. From start to finish they were amazing to work with. The installers did a fantastic job and were highly qualified and professional to work with. It looks absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone seeking flooring needs.

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct for order FL13850, starting with the representative that came to my home. He took the time to explain all of my options and I felt like he was thorough and honest. I like that NFD does not have a showroom, which can feel overwhelming, but brings the showroom to you, so you can best get a feel in the place where it's going to live. I got carpet this time around, but excited to use them again when I get new floors in my condo. Use National Floors Direct!

I shopped around and had 3 estimates and National Floors Direct beat all of them. I am very happy with the workmanship; the floor looks great! From the time the representatives came and bought samples to look at to the time the work was done was only a couple of days.The workers that came were excellent, professional and polite.
