Jared the sales consultant was awesome. He arrived and was very professional. Listened to all our questions and answered all our concerns. The day of the install, the installers called and let us know they would be at our house earlier than expected. Very professional and polite. Fast and clean install. We will definitely be using national floors direct in the near future. Keep up the great work.

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They promptly answered my online inquiry and a salesman came to our place the same week. He was professional & knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process. We found the exact floor color we wanted, and were able to schedule the service within 2 weeks - no easy task during covid construction frenzy! National Floors Direct recently installed carpeting in a lounge section of our new office. They were expeditious in both their availability for quote and installation (although I did order carpet they carry in stock). When shown a competitors bid they stood by their word and beat the price. The carpet was as advertised and installed within a few days of ordering. When I first got to talk to NFD I knew it would be getting a good deal. From the sales person to the installation guys, everyone was really nice. I love my new basement and the carpet looks much better than the sample I’ve seen. It’s fluffy and comfortable. I can’t wait to finish furnishing and quick back and relax with my new carpet floor.

The installers arrived early for the installation. They did a great job and spent a good amount of time installing. I would highly recommend going with National Floors Direct over the big box stores. I was so impressed with the professionalism of National Floors Direct! I called and literally the next day they came to my house. The Representative was very pleasant, listened to what I wanted and had many options to show me, plenty of different styles, thickness and colors. The pricing was also competitive with a little wiggle room depending on how you paid and when. Overall I was extremely impressed, I would absolutely use them again and I would highly recommend them. Great job, thank you!!
