The process was smooth and the price was very competitive. The sales person was knowledgeable and came to the appointment on time. He brought lots of samples to choose from as well. I will have to say, from the call center all the way to the installers everything went as smooth if not better then excepted. They came out and we matched what we could to my existing floors, they worked with what budget I had, didn't try to "upgrade" or sell me something different. The whole process was amazing. Great company would highly recommend!!!!
Workers were very friendly and understanding. It's my second time with this company and I definitely would use again if needed. The workers got the job done in less than an hour and cleaned up afterwards.
I had a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. From the beginning of the process through the completion, NFD was very easy to work with. My salesperson Mike was fantastic. He came prepared with many different types of flooring samples and made it easy for us when helping to decide what was best for us. We were really impressed with National Floors Direct. Everything went great, from the initial consultation with Pierre to the finished product. The carpets were rush shipped over the holidays and installed right after Christmas. Delivery and installation was quick and professional, and the price was more than reasonable. We'll be using NFD for flooring/carpets in the future. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
Great overall experience. From the quick scheduling to the quick install we could not ask for more. We were kept informed of then scheduled times and dates by calls, texts and emails. The salesman was very honest and helpful in suggesting a carpet to meet our specific needs. The installers were very efficient and their attention to detail was great. Cleanup was very thorough. Was very pleased with floors direct. Team came in respectfully removed old stairs carpet. Them went over with me the plan how to wrap the new carpet on the side of stairs where tr was originally. It all looks great.
I contacted national direct floors via email and received a return call the next day. The lady was polite and professional and set me up with an appointment for the sales person on the day that I asked for it. He arrived, was polite and professional and worked with me and the budget that I had in mind. The experience with National Floors Direct was great. Bill came to our house and showed us some great products and reviewed what would be the best choice for us. He took the time to explain all the advantages of various carpets to us, and worked on getting us the best price possible. The appointment was scheduled for a week later, and the guys who did the install were great. The install was fast and clean and the carpet looks great!!
