My entire apartment was just carpeted by National Floors Direct. The process was smooth from the very beginning. Pierre was responsible for measuring and providing an estimate, but he also helped us to pick the best carpet. He called before he arrived and was timely. The installation process also went well. National Floors Direct has been a pleasure to work with! The salesperson we dealt with at our home was professional, personable and knowledgable! She respected COVID requirements by wearing a mask and helped us pick out a beautiful carpet for our 3 bedrooms. Within 2 weeks we had the carpet installed and the two gentleman who did the installation we professional and courteous! They handled the furniture with care and cleaned as if it were their own home! Very pleased and will absolutely be using them again!
We needed a carpet Installed quickly, and decided to try National Floors Direct. The salesperson came out a few days later, and I picked a carpet and scheduled install. Install was efficient and the installer did a great job and left the room clean. The quality of the job is great. National floors direct was great to work with. They were always punctual and organized with appointment making, someone kind always answered my calls. The consultation was great and the spokes person was easy to talk to and negotiated a great competitive price. National Floors Direct Recently did our basement in luxury vinyl plank flooring and did a great job. From the sales person to the installers, everything was well explained and performed on time.
