Wonderful experience! Installers were on time, moved my furniture with care, removed my old carpet, and installed the new carpet. The carpets are top quality, and very reasonably priced. After installing the new carpet, the gentlemen replaced my furniture under my direction. Definitely recommend NFD wholeheartedly! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

We ordered approximately 600 square feet of 20 mil ********* vinyl flooring. The salesman was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He measured and ordered all material accurately. The material was delivered on time. They installed the floor on the day promised. The installers were courteous, professional and did a perfect job. We are very satisfied with the finished project.

National Floors Direct made the process of removing carpeting and installing new vinyl plank flooring very simple. From my initial request on the website to the job being completed was about 1 week. The sales rep arrived within the designated 2hr window and took measurements while I chose the floor color. He gave me multiple quotes based on different materials and I was able to schedule an install for 2 days later. Our experience with National floors direct was quick, easy & efficient.National floors direct sales person was very knowledgeable and experienced. **************** is on the ball. you will receive multiple phone calls to make sure all goes smooth. National Floors Direct was a delight to have. They were highly professional and courteous. Above all, they were thorough. I must admit, NFD was not my first choice. Initially, l had intended to go with Empire. They actually came to my house and had given me an estimate. I had already signed a contract and paid them in full. I was all set to go. To start, scheduling an in home visit by telephone was quick and easy. ***** the sales guy was courteous and knowledgeable. A nice computer generated layout was presented to me after he completed his measurements so we could see exactly what was to be done. **** then negotiated an acceptable price with the area manager. I had a really great experience with National Floors Direct. It was really easy to schedule someone to come out to give us a quote on the carpet we wanted for our hallway. The salesman was very nice and helpful. He wasnt pushy and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation the workers showed up right on time. They were very nice. They did a great job on the carpet installation and cleaned up all of their mess. I would definitely use National Floors Direct again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Amazing service and quality!.My experience was very *****. I had carpet replaced in my bedroom and I loved the color that I chose. The installers were professional and got the job done in about an hour. They also took the old carpet and disposed of it. They also gave me tips on maintaining my new carpet and answered all my questions. This added value to my property and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this company as they work with schedule, pricing and variety.
