Despite being rescheduled twice, the carpets turned out fabulous. The installers arrived right at the start of the arrival window. They cleaned up everything, leaving zero mess. The installers were friendly and communicative. I ordered Mohawk's silverado for my upper floors.
Wed had the floors in our new place measured by another vendor, and were ready to place the order until they told us the vinyl plank flooring and wall to wall carpeting couldnt be j stalled for 7-8 weeks. National Floored Direct installers came at the scheduled time. They moved the furniture carefully and without damage. They removed the existing carpet and installed a new one. We had a new floor installed by National Floors Direct. The Commercial on tv is very accurate. They literally bring the ******************. We were contacted by a customer service associate within minutes of asking for an estimate online. First I want you all to know that I did my do diligence by interviewing and receiving 4 quotes from different flooring companies. My decision was made easy after National Floors Direct came out to the house. The pricing and quality of material were unmatchable by the previous competitors. National floors direct is the way to go ! My husband and I are new home owners and we were looking for the best cost effective way to make our new home our own. We needed some rooms to be carpeted. We called national floors direct , they came the next day with an estimate and that same week we got our rugs done! The representative that came was quick and personable and the workers who installed the carpet were thorough and clean. We would definitely recommend them !
