I love my new carpet. Everything went smoothly from selecting my carpet to installation. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was impeccable and very good at his trade. Pricing and options to fit any budget. National Floors Direct provided a gift card for taking the time to post my honest review.

I had used and worn carpet and floors in my house. So in the spring They came and did the carpets on the first floor in the dining and living rooms and the vinyl in the kitchen floors. they arrived on time and did a great job...so after I painted and fixed up the upstairs I called them again to put new carpets in the bedrooms...and again they did a great job I highly recommend them to anybody looking to do new carpets or floors. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

I need my stairs carpeted. I contacted National Floors Direct. Within a week I had them installed. The crew was fast, efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable. I wish I had more rooms to do because they do great work. PLUS I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He showed us all the samples in person and they were large enough to get a sense of which floor would look best in our room. Then he used a software on his iPad to show us how the one we chose would look in the room we wanted it in which solidified our decision. He also worked with us to make sure we got the best price with the financing option that worked best for our budget. Our sales person Gregg was very kind and knowledgable. He gave us all the information we needed and the samples we looked at. The pricing was great. The installers were professional and courteous. I submitted an online inquiry, and within a few days we had an appointment at a time that worked for us. The salesman arrived on time, and was very polite. The installation was delayed due to a snow storm, but the customer service was very kind and accommodating about rescheduling for a time that worked for us. The installation team was great! I contacted National Floors Direct after having a horrible experience with another well known flooring company and let's just say everything happens for a reason. Booking an in house consultation was as easy as can be. The rep that came to my house was amazing and so very helpful he gave his input and suggestions which guided my carpet choice which I love.
