Our experience with national floors direct was outstanding. From our initial contact they had a sales rep at our house within 24 hours. The Sales rep was prompt and very knowledgeable. They worked with me gave me a great price and priced matched another company I had gone to. The product is great the warranty is great. The job came out amazing and they did it is a reasonable time frame.
The entire process from consultation to installation was very positive. The representative, Dave, was friendly, professional & provided many samples ranging in prices, colors & styles. The scheduling was prompt & easy. The installers were also friendly & professional. Communication of schedule & expected time of installers helped coordinate our schedule. We will use National Floors Direct & would definitely recommend them to others.
We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They removed all of our furniture and the process was extremely quick given how large the the job was. They were very mindful of being COVID safe and took all of the necessary precautions to make us feel comfortable, which we so appreciated. National floors was so quick and easy to use, and did high quality work. They responded to me the day I sent in the request, and scheduled a free measurement. Someone came to my house 2 days later and brought all the products with them so I had a wide variety to choose from, and I could see all the samples in the space. The two men were very polite when they arrived and explained what they would be doing. They showed me the flooring prior to installing to insure it was the right floor. They were awesome In how they worked with me to sure my kittens stayed upstairs. Prior to leaving they went through each room to insure they picked everything up as well as cleaned up. First time using this company and was very pleased with the customer service. I was also very happy with the final product after installation.
