Installed new carpet to replace dingy old carpet. Quality of new carpet is plush and soft. The color was exactly what we were looking for. Sales rep worked with us for price and scheduling. Installers were on time, worked diligently and were not rushing in getting the job done. Would recommend to others to get carpet done. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review: This was my first time using National Floors. I was admittedly a bit nervous but the installation process was smooth and went well. The contractor arrived on time, was polite (I especially appreciated how he wore a mask) and overall did a good job. The floors are great. The sales part of the process was less enjoyable and time consuming
Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to work the installation around my schedule. Representative called multiple times to confirm the installation and requirements. Reasonable prices. Local privately owned business.

National Floors Direct did an excellent job with our new home! We bought a house from 1996 that had original carpet throughout the upstairs in need of replacing. Patrick was our local salesperson and scheduled a meeting with us within a couple of days of our initial inquiry. My experience with National Floors Direct was excellent. Our sales man, Greg H, was kind and courteous and really took his time with us. The installers were very professional and clean. They walked around our home with me before leaving to make sure everything was satisfactory in and out. We did the majority of our home and we love it. We are very happy. We are so happy with our new floors. They were beyond patient with me as I worked to select the best option for us that also fit the budget. Once we made a selection, scheduling was easy. The installers showed up a few minutes early from the time slot. They were polite and did an amazing job. We will be recommending NFD to anyone looking for new floors. The installer was such a hard worker that he was at my home until 9pm on a Friday night! NFD said the installer would arrive between 12-4pm and even after making a mistake they fixed it right away and sent the installer to my house at 530 pm on a Friday night. Who knew they worked so late? The carpets look and feel great! The installer vaccumed after installation and cleaned up after himself.
