Well after reading some unhappy reviews , National Floors Direct did me good, first I had one room done with vinyl flooring, they did a great job and clean up was great also.So I had them do my 3 flights of stairs in carpet, another great job and they did 3 more rooms in the vinyl flooring, it was awesome , job well done. We just had our entire 2nd floor including stairs and 2 landings carpeted by National Floors Direct. We could not be more pleased with this company. Everyone, from the sales rep, the customer service people, the delivery department and the installers were AMAZING!! Great experience. They were able to come out and measure pretty quickly. We picked our carpet that day and they were able to install the same weekend in one day! The cost was great too. Better quality for the same price as a bad quality one at a competitor. (MA21123 )

They were very professinal from the start. Made sure materials were correct and walked me thru install process. Install was perfect and they celaned up behind themselves. The whole process was great really appreciate the work National Direct Floors.

The process ***** beginning to end was easy. I was given different choices in carpet texture and color. The installation was done in under 2 hours. The installers left the rooms clean and walked me through after installation was completed. Very pleased!

The service provide by National Floor Direct was excellent. They were very good at keeping me inform thru the installation process. From the Sale Representative *********************, and the **************** Representative that made the appointment and follow up with me until the day of the installation and of course the two Installer that install the floor who did an excellent job. My wife and me are very satisfied with the job done. And are very likely to use National Floor Direct for any future flooring project

The person that came to our house was professional, patient and helpful. He took his time and got us the best price. We scheduled the installation for 2 days later. They came on time and were very nice. They did a good job and were very careful moving the furniture and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We are very happy with everything and will use National Floors Direct again for a couple of other rooms.

Was very please with our experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman brought samples of multiple options from different brand name manufacturers. Settled the installation date the same day we picked our flooring out. The installers arrived on time, were extremely courteous. The floors turned out awesome! Installation was excellent. Would use National Floors Direct again.

We are absolutely in love with our floors. The best decision we have ever made!
