The estimate process was simple and easy. The scheduling was flexible. The workers were on time and did a fantastic job. The floor looks great. And importantly, they left the site exactly as they found it. I would definitely hire them again. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
Love new floor. Installers were really nice guys. Very professional and courteous. Guys were in and out like they weren’t even there with the exception of a beautiful floor. No mess to clean up.

With getting our order executed we had a great experience overall. Mike our rep was easy to work with, and very honest regarding product feedback and answering all of our questions regarding quality and style. The entire process from the initial consult to completion was an overall pleasant experience. The price was fair and the installers were professional. The final product looked amazing. The salesman gave us plenty of options to pick from and was able to find a product that matched our current hardwood floors in the rest of the house. The installers ran into a few unexpected issues involving transitions and kept me informed throughout the process. From the very beginning initial phone call they were honest,professional,curtios,followed upon every step from purchase to completion. When the installation began the gentleman called before they came on schedule and cleaned up and walked me through each room for inspection and everything was perfect.
One of the best places to make a purchase. not only did they install the rug in a few days. they are very friendly and take care of all the customers need. mr king is the best sales person anyone can ask for. the rug looks great and feels great. I will definitely use them in the future l.
Very happy with the install end results, looks great comfortable on the feet. The installers were professional and courteous. Great job, I am so glad that I didn't DIY... with the squares.
