We had a very positive experience with National floor Direct. The customer service was amazing from the very first phone call until the installation. Everyone was professional, showed up when they said they would, the salesman was very knowledgeable and made an overwhelming project seem very easy. The installation went very well and was done in less than 8 hours. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct to everyone.

The in-home shopping was easy and convenient. Wes, the salesman, was polite, helpful and friendly. Installation was done within the same week as the purchase. I felt that the price was fair. The installers gave me an idea of how long the install would take when they arrived so that I could get some other things done while they were there.
