My experience with ********************** was positive from start to finish. *****, my sales rep, was very pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and through in letting me know what to expect throughout the process. The install team arrived on time and the install was completed to our satisfaction. I would only suggest, that larger samples may be easier to help clients choose colors. Once installed, the rug looked much darker and more of a solid ***** color than what I had expected.

Salesperson was on time. He worked quickly to take measurements. He showed only 2 options based on my preferences. Because of the large square footage selection was limited to their inventory. Price quote was matched to competitors. No ability to use credit cards or check to pay balance. Thought closets were being done but were not in diagram. No one to call to dispute issue. Only 2 Installers worked tirelessly for 8 plus hours. Left the place very clean. Showed problem areas on the stairwell with pics to explain the work in... read more

National Floors Direct.The installation crew arrived in the promised time frame. The installation was professional and seamless (no pun intended) and surpasses expectations. The crew worked through the entire jobnot even a coffee break and the cleanup was complete. At one point, the crew realized that the correct stock for the molding had not been loaded on their van. They were resourceful in using the stock at hand and completed the molding installation with no issues; the flooring looks fantastic.

Ive never used an at-home service before, but when I bought my first home that needed urgent updating of the floors, I reached out to three different services. Long story short, National Floors Direct was the most professional with sales (no pressure salesman who understood my needs and budget), fastest installation timeline (weeks weeks!!! before anyone else), and best of all, most affordable. I will use this company for the rest of my flooring needs, They arrived promptly. The crew was very polite and professional. They did a carpet renewal and flooring install in under two hours. During the entire process they were super clean. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire process was, Not to mention the fair pricing.

Nothing but good things to say about National Floors Direct! First, their salesman, ******* *******, arrived at our house on time, was courteous, professional, and spent a great deal of time explaining our carpet options. Once we agreed on the details (a great value), an installation date was set. From start to finish, my experience was smooth and professional. The representative that came to my house was on time and very knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my questions. My appointment was scheduled on the day I wanted. I received a professional call and email confirming a few days prior to installation. National Floors Direct really did a great job. The sales representative was very professional. The installers truly knew what they were doing. It only took them about 2 hours to put carpet down in 2 rooms. I would highly recommend them!
