Our carpet installation team arrived promptly, even calling us to announce their ETA. They were courteous and did an excellent job of installing our carpet. They worked promptly and efficiently. The men also vacuumed the carpet for us. There was some slight damage on the wall, due to the winding stairway, but it can be easily touched up with a little paint. So, overall, it was a very professional job, and we are pleased with our new carpet for the stairs and bedroom!
My husband was recently offered a job that required my family to relocate which meant selling our home in a short amount of time. We had the same cream colored carpets that came with the house and after adding 2 kids, and a dog in the 5 years we had lived there, they were in rough shape. I had two different types of flooring installed on April 29th by National Floors Direct. I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my bathroom and carpeting on the stairs. Both gentlemen, when they arrived, showed me the product to make sure it was what i had ordered. Once that was established they got right to work and did not stop until they were finished. Greg was a knowledgeable no pressure salesman who was patient while we figured out what we wanted. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was performed by National Floors Direct at my home in April, 2020. I had carpeting installed in two bedrooms and hardwood flooring installed in my living room. The sales experience was very easy, low-key, and professional. National floors direct was great to work with. I called them up for carpet in two rooms and flooring in another. They sent out someone the next day with samples and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Installed very fast and it looks great. Will be doing business with national floors in the future. Great knowledge patience and cheerful experience during the time explaining to me my options and made me feel confident of my choice
Hi I like the new floors they look beautiful and will last much longer then what was there before. The installers gave wonderful advice and could not in good conscience put down the vinyl without first recommending we put plywood down first. This would keep the vinyl from moving out of place due to our creaky floorboards. The extra time and effort was worth it. The shipment was short some footage so we had to wait an extra week for it to come in.
