I want to express my great satisfaction with NFD. The technicians that performed the install of the vinyl flooring were prompt and professional. The install came out great and the Pastor of the church where the install occurred was very happy. The whole process from the sale to the finished work was a breeze. I would recommend NFD to anyone looking for flooring.
I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I saw the ads many time on tv and finally called them for a quote. The salesman made a swift appointment to come to my house and give me a quote. After measuring and showing me the carpet that I wanted, he gave me a quote that was lower than I thought it would be. The installation team for National Floors Direct exceeded my expectations for the install. I had concerns about stairs in the center of the room and a curved wall, but both were handled perfectly with no difference in the install compared with the rest of the room. Our Installers were very respectful of our property. They were kind and courteous. They verified that the carpet was the right brand and color that we ordered before installing it. The carpet feels very soft under our feet. This is a great product for the price! Only thing we wish they would change is emailing the night before instead of the morning of to let us know what approximate time they'll be arriving that day. We recommend National Floors Direct for all your flooring needs.
I would definitely use NFD again. They had a good assortment of carpeting to choose from. They were able to meet my scheduling needs. Installation was a breeze. The men were careful taking out the old carpet and bringing in the new carpet through my narrow hallway. I'm very happy with them.
