I was totally satisfied with my shopping experience with National Floors Direct. The salesperson was professional and knowledgeable with a good understanding of my needs and budget. The installation was excellent and they arrived on time. My experience with the big box store was frustrating and selection was poor.
National Floors Direct provided a very smooth and stress free experience. They arrived promptly within the given arrival window, and were extremely friendly. Salesperson was on time. He worked quickly to take measurements. He showed only 2 options based on my preferences. Because of the large square footage selection was limited to their inventory. Price quote was matched to competitors. No ability to use credit cards or check to pay balance. Thought closets were being done but were not in diagram. No one to call to dispute issue. The installation team for National Floors Direct exceeded my expectations for the install. I had concerns about stairs in the center of the room and a curved wall, but both were handled perfectly with no difference in the install compared with the rest of the room. They were able to work with me to find a product in my price point that fit the style I was looking for. The laminate product looks high end and could nearly pass for wood. From the process of securing a quote through getting the work done they worked well with our peculiarities and needs, the floor they put down is amazing and the workmanship was second to none. I will use this company for the rest of my flooring needs, They arrived promptly. The crew was very polite and professional. They did a carpet renewal and flooring install in under two hours. During the entire process they were super clean. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire process was, Not to mention the fair pricing. I received a gift card for posting this honest review. I believe they have earned it.
The installers were very professional and courteous. The order was verified before install. Installers worked quickly but efficiently. Everything came out very nice. They cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. The installers were also very careful not to destroy or damage the new paint in the kitchen.
