Project was done quick and clean. All of our furniture was moved without damage. The price was excellent and in line with other quotes. The customer service reps were helpful up to the installation date. Best of all the work was done within a week of the quote being accepted.

National Floor was the first company I looked into when needing flooring in my new home. It was a substantial amount of space that needed to be covered, an entire upstairs and stairwell. They were able to get the project moving quickly and we had it planned for just a few weeks ahead. With no major issues the installation was smooth and quick. For the second time I was very impressed with this company. Within 48 hours of my consult request, ******** was here, and 7 days later I had a new floor! The first time I contacted them was to correct the work of a competitor and clearly they did a great job so I called them again. I will certainly be contacting ******** and the company again for my future projects.

NFD was quick with a free estimate and had the best price. We only had to wait about a week before installation. The installers were professional and worked diligently to complete the job in 1 day. The new flooring looks great and we were happy with the customer service and the entire process from start to finish.

Start to finish we are very satisfied. Representatives were very responsive and kept us informed of any delays. Sales rep was polite and never made me feel like my small job was unimportant. Found a nice option for our budget. Install was quick and mess was kept to a minimum. Installers were polite and followed up before leaving the job.

I did a lot of searching around before deciding to use National Flooring Direct. I decided to contact them and they sent a representative to my house at no cost. The rep had a good variety of flooring and the prices were very affordable. I decided to hire them to replace carpet on my steps and vinyl on the landing. They let me informed throughout the entire process. The installation was fantastic! Im will definitely hire them again to do other flooring in my home!

National Floors Direct your carpet/flooring store that comes to you! I went to a "Big Box Store", took a bit to get some help when I finally found someone, I asked him my carpet question, no sooner had I asked when he replied "6 to 8 weeks for installation" that was not my question. He then proceeded to tell me "Hey you should call National Floors Direct". We had a pleasant and satisfactory experience with National Floors Direct. The registration process was streamlined and very easy, with prompt follow up from the representative. The sales person was thorough and patient through our questions. We were able to find a solution that met our budget and the salesperson was not pushy about the sale. National Floors Direct carpeted 3 bedrooms, a hall and staircase in my new addition. They made the entire process very easy and the finished results look great! They had a good selection of carpets for a reasonable price and were very easy to work with. The installation was on-time and the installers were very professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
