Our experience with National Floors Direct was outstanding! Everything from the pre-sales calls, to the sales visit in home, to the installation was exceptional. Our calls were returned very promptly, and everyone was on time. The sales visit was not a high pressure situation, and the associate helped us to find a solution that fit our budget. The knowledge, the preparation, and work organization is impressive. Everything was done in 4 hours. Beautiful job, and no mess left behind. I will recommend this company 100%. My experience with national floors direct was positive from the start. We got a free quote from a gentleman by the name of Kevin who has extremely polite and helpful. He sold us a carpet. On the next day, we had already scheduled to get an estimate from ******. When the man from ****** arrived, he was rude and had an aggressive sales technique. National Floors Direct is an outstanding company! We had a flood in our house that destroyed 7 rooms. We called National Floors Direct immediately since we had had a great experience in the past. This time we needed an emergency job done and three different types of floors. They were very accommodating and professional. We had a very bad experience with, not only this company. The actual carpet seems fine and the installation seems to be done correctly. So what is the problem? The carpet was finally installed WEEKS after the scheduled time leaving my home upside down and my whole family displaced. We understand a delay but after the third delay we were furious. The installers left a big mess, locked the bathroom door after using it and did not even flushing the toilet, GROSS!!! We had to pick the lock to get the door opened much to our frus... read more

I am very disappointed in this company. They delayed my carpet installation not once, not twice, but 3 times! I understood the first 2 times because it was a special order and I know that those are sometimes delayed, however, by the third time where they were not giving a new date but instead were saying..we think it will be sometime after Labor day, I was furious. They only gave me a $100 credit and an installation date that they finally honored after I had threatened to complain to the Better Business Bureau. Once the inst... read more
