I had a very good experience with National Floors Direct. We immediately liked Tanya O***** when she came to our house to show us flooring samples and measure for the installation. She answered all of our questions and did not rush us into making a decision. Tanya even called her supervisor to see if we would qualify for a reduction in price, which, happily, we did! My mother recently had her dining room floor switched from carpet to hardwood with National Floors Direct. The install crew was efficient, on time, and polite. It only took a few hours and she's so happy with the new floor! They were even able to match it with the hardwood in another room so it has a seamless look. Very happy with the finished result and have already recommended them to neighbors!

We were in need to replace carpet in our office after our puppy destroyed our old one. I was torn between going hardwood or upgrading the carpet. The sales woman who visited our home was very patient with my husband and me. We went through our options/needs and eventually settled on upgrading the carpet in both our office and family room. We had a good experience with National Floors Direct. The woman who sold us the carpet was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We had construction delays that held up installation, but reps stayed in touch with us during the delay. We were even forced to push back our scheduled installation once due to a family situation. Customer service reps were helpful and compassionate resolving this issue for us. The installers were clean, quiet, courteous, and did a great job. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I called National Floors Direct along with 2 other flooring companies to get a carpet replaced in a bedroom. Their call in center quickly got me an in home estimate for the next day. They have excellent staffing in there call in center as I had to call back to change the time of the visit and they were very helpfully and pleasant. The sales / estimator arrived right on time. We recently had our floor done with National Floors Direct and they were very professional, from the sales staff, scheduling and the install crew. We got a great price and the carpet is wonderful. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and once they were done you would not have known they were there except for the great carpet. 5 Stars to you.

Thank you National Floors Direct! You made every part of this project easy. The saleswomen was very knowledgeable. There were rugs offered for every budget and the rug we picked although not the most expensive is of great quality. The saleswomen helped us pick the right rug for our room. National Floor Direct called to confirm our appointment, gave me a time frame for installation and let me know the balance owed. They are very thorough, no surprises. Very satisfied with our experience with National Floors Direct. Our sales rep was a pleasure to work with and worked hard to satisfy our requests. Communications from the company leading up to the installation was very good and the two gentlemen who performed the work were prompt and professional. End to end, a very good job!
