Breach of contract. We ordered 12 mm Mohawk Premium Laminate flooring. National Floors Direct delivered 10 mm Mohawk Select laminate flooring. Up on noticing the difference, prior to any flooring being installed, I contacted customer service. They offered me $200 credit. Salesmen is very persistent i get it , its a business. This finally day of install they cant not install flooring they cant not completed due to the door threshold. "Tells me get the install without the proper strip for the floor" .Then tell him id like to cancel he said no refunds. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I am writing review for ************************** for flooring installation. If there will be less than 1 rating, then I should love to go for that rating. Please don't work with them. Below is the reason why,It was a bad day for me when the salesperson **** visited my place. For my approx. 500 sqft room he quoted around 7000 USD and after negotiation we settled for 4100. He mentions i no need to pay anything extra and warranty will be lifetime, literally he told he wants to give me a peace of mind for my floor.During the d... read more

Spent $10k on flooring 3 years ago and the subcontractors did a complete hack job. They come out at least 3 times to replace cracked boards and now its so bad the whole thing needs to be replaced because they never installed the sub floor I paid for. Buyer beware!!!

They came to my house 4 different times times omg they really messed up my floors and they came back the 4 th time finally made it right. They marked up my walls and dirty hand prints all over I will never call them again. They use a third-party to do your floors. You never know whos coming.
