They came to my house 4 different times times omg they really messed up my floors and they came back the 4 th time finally made it right. They marked up my walls and dirty hand prints all over I will never call them again. They use a third-party to do your floors. You never know whos coming.
Contractor broke our tile while installing carpet. Showed it to the contractor, he pretended he could not speak English. Call National Floors direct. They will not fix, do our contract we signed, claimed someone informed us of this. They did not! Do not use! Run fast! They do not stand by their work or products! We do NOT recommend!

I gave them a $1,600 deposit, and all of a sudden they tell me I paid only $400. ZERO stars but I am forced to select.

Terrible terrible experience. It was done last August. Couldnt even understand the people laying with floor than the one guy that could speak English got drunk and never showed up again so they sent somebody else out. They could hardly ever speak. English took almost 2 months to get the floor and Now its chipping in the corners $12,000 piece of s*** floor.

National Floors Direct installed a Mohawk wood laminate floor in our lower level last week. Even though ******* specs called for pre-finished quarter round to complete the installation, white primed quarter round was used. This doesnt match either the floor or the base board. White stripe around room sticks out like a sore thumb and is totally unacceptable. Over the past week I have talked to my salesman who tried to help but couldnt.
