National Floors Direct installed a Mohawk wood laminate floor in our lower level last week. Even though ******* specs called for pre-finished quarter round to complete the installation, white primed quarter round was used. This doesnt match either the floor or the base board. White stripe around room sticks out like a sore thumb and is totally unacceptable. Over the past week I have talked to my salesman who tried to help but couldnt. When the installer arrived and showed us the product it was not the one we ordered I signed a lot of papers when I called the woman was very nasty and kept saying thats what I signed for and to change it was gonna cost me a $700 restocking fee I tried to work with her but all she kept saying was thats what I signed for so I lost my $240 deposit terrible company

My 83 year old mother had National Floors Direct put in LVP (Mohawk Product) on 3/6/2025, ***** ******** our salesperson came out , showed us different flooring options, gave us a tutorial , on Luxury Vinyl Plank, insured us the product was perfect for Florida lifestyle, highly rated, warrant guaranteed. 3000 dollars and they left my floors looking horrible . called customer no service and got no help at all. I had to go to the big box ,Buy some thresholds and glue and staind and complete the job These folks are horrible

Company has withheld two paychecks that I am still owed. According to their own agreement (Section 3.2), commissions should be paid for sales completed before the resignation date. To this day, I have not received any of those payments.From my first day, it became clear that this company does not treat its sales team with professionalism or respect. We were told by our sales representative that we did not need subflooring as comfimed we had wood floors. Much to our surprise, the floors guys came in and said our floors were not wood and we needed subflooring at an additional cost. We never would have made the purchase had we known that. We contacted our representative and relayed what we were told and he said, "not on my dime". Salesman ******* ***** was good at selling a product that wasn't delivered. Per the installers, the salespeople do this all the time. The main issue was we had agreed to floor leveling, which we were told *** could do. After the late arrival of our installers, they began removing the old floor. Upon beginning to lay the new floor, I noticed they hadn't leveled the area, I stopped the work, to find out that the crew sent were not equipped to level the floor, and their work order did not mention floor leveling.
