Salesman ******* ***** was good at selling a product that wasn't delivered. Per the installers, the salespeople do this all the time. The main issue was we had agreed to floor leveling, which we were told *** could do. After the late arrival of our installers, they began removing the old floor. Upon beginning to lay the new floor, I noticed they hadn't leveled the area, I stopped the work, to find out that the crew sent were not equipped to level the floor, and their work order did not mention floor leveling. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!My father had a new carpet put in his home from National Floors Direct. Within a couple months the carpet started bowing up in multiple places, so there's waves all over the house. They refused to do anything about and wouldn't return phone calls. He had to oay a 3rd party to come steetch ot hack out and shortly after that ot bowed right back up again. And now its come aprt feom the kitchen cabinet base. Do your homework and be very careful with this company. They will provide you with misinformation and then attempt to get you to buy as they continue to lower the price. First, they show you a booklet about the company and what they offer. One of the pages shows the BBB rating as A+, Well, that's a lie. The salesman told us he has been with the company 10 years and has a lot of experience. I asked about the weight of the carpet he told me 1 sample was 55oz and the other was 65oz. NOT HONEST /BAIT AND SWiTCH /CON JOB A salesman named **** in this business 40 years came to my house measured my floors, but neglected to tell me they were uneven. When I agreed for the floor of my liking, I had to sign a disclaimer nullifying my ability to claim a refund.. When the workers came to put down my floor, they wanted an additional 1600 to level it I refuse so the company waived my warranty.. the floor was put down and nothing was wrong with them .. . The only thing wrong was this company..

Where do I begin? Absolute WORST experience imaginable. Started off with a very nice salesman, too good to be true deal. Picked out a great color, or so we thought! Installers showed up with something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the color we picked out. **************** was downright rude and unhelpful. They LIED and said it was the same color and the shading varies from shipment to shipment. If there is a problem you will never hear from them again they dont return calls and they will never get back to you.scam artists we shouldve gotten three beds theyre salesman. Will never let you get another bid and dont pressure you until you decide to go with them. Theyll keeplowering the price like theyre giving you something away and theyre not giving you. Nothing scam artist if theres a problem, theyll never get back to you and theyll never fix anything.
