Would give 0 stars if could. Salesman rushed like he'll and said he was really running late. Carpet installation put two room carpets at opposing nap..big fight to have replaced .had to pay new installer. Carpet quality is cheapo...makes my decor look chintzy...NEVER USE THEM!!!
My flooring was installed last April, 20 24. since then I have about six floor boards that are separating by the doorway to the basement!!! Ive called national floors and customer service told me theres only a three month window for installation problems. National floors direct uses a third party company for the installation. I reached out to my representative Mr ******* and he has not contacted me as of today. I am very disappointed only nine months later.

This company is horrible to work with. Issues every single step of the way. *** that is sent says something completely different than customer service on the phone, which says something different than the installers. (Who to be fair are outside contractors who don't actually work for the company). **************** **** also say different things from one person to the next so no one knows has an understanding of what is going on. I had an installation for this past Wednesday Feb 12 with was cancelled than I had an installation for today Feb 14 which was cancelled and rescheduled a third time time tomorrow at 8am. This company has the worse customer service as my invoice was changed numerous so I hope they didnt overcharge me since there were numerous contracts submitted to be signed. In addition when I had my LVP flooring installed the techs had to wait 2 hours to begin work because the paperwork was incomplete and inaccurate. Im requesting my COD of... read more

BUYER BEWARE! You cannot trust the salesperson from National Floors Direct to give you vital information about the contract. In my case, I clearly stated to the salesperson that I was getting multiple estimates for purchasing and installing a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floor in my basement. The National Floors Direct policy is to require a significant deposit in order to hold the pricing agreement.
