This company is unethical.They bait and switch they delay your install dates and do not live up to the ************** NOT. I repeat DO NOT Do business with this company There is a lawsuit filed in the state of ******** for these unethical business practices

My wife and I are very disappointed with National Floors Direct. The salesman ***** came to our house and gave us an estimate for a new bathroom floor. He told my wife and I at least twice the estimate included replacing the threshold which was broken. The installer came and installed the floor but left the old threshold. A woman from the company called me after and I told her about this. She said I was wrong. Now the salesman ***** refuses to call me back. Gee I wonder why?

I did not have a good experience. They basically told me whatever they could say just to get the job. The crew they sent out was very inexperienced on baseboards and carpet invested a very poor job. The flooring wasnt too bad, but they couldnt caulk the floor very well, so it is coming up. **************** has not been very helpful at this point and its been several weeks without any follow up. They outsource the work to third-party Crews and dont do any quality inspection. Was not worth the money.

******* ********, ****** **** and **** Vadebancouer ignore you when you email them asking questions. The entire companies sales tactic is telling you that you can get a whole room of flooring for a ridiculously low dollar amount and then when they get in front of you they use tactics to try to sell you flooring for 4-5 times what's advertised. Definitely do not recommend doing business with a company like this go to another company!!

******* ********, ****** **** and **** Vadebancouer ignore you when you email them asking questions. The entire companies sales tactic is telling you that you can get a whole room of flooring for a ridiculously low dollar amount and then when they get in front of you they use tactics to try to sell you flooring for 4-5 times what's advertised. Definitely do not recommend doing business with a company like this go to another company!!

Our experience has been horrible with this company. The salesman, Christian, definitely led with the family owned business and customer satisfaction route but learned quickly thats a lie. The installers showed up to work on our upstairs and when they got to our stairs determine they couldnt do the vinyl because there is only one size bullnose.
