Please take the negative reviews seriously. I should have read the reviews and googled this company before calling them. The salesperson took his check and ran (***** in **). Ive emailed him twice and called the company to ask for him to reach out to me, but he has not reached out to me after many issues related to my purchase. I RECENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT ABOUT NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT AND THIS IS AN ADDITION TO THAT:I REALIZE NOW THAT WHAT I WAS UP AGAINST WAS A "BAIT AND SWITCH". They lied about price. Guaranteed all costs were included in the price I signed until the day of install. The price went up $1,200 for leveling. ***** was our *** and he promised all fees were included in our final price. My house is now pieces waiting to get someone else to level the floors. He steered us wrong and now have to spend more money elsewhere because he was worried about his commission only. We called and the people in charge would not help or even give any empathy. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. From sales to management, absolutely horrible. Stay away!
I purchased a carpet for our bedroom 11/22 And the quality is so bad that it's looks like a carpet that is 10 years old... I called the company and they say there is nothing you can do...buyer beware of the quality of materials that come from ************** they showed send someone out to look the carpet and replace it...I'm sure it wouldn't be acceptable it there account...
National Floors Direct salesmen mis***resented several items in the presentation.1. Products are manufactured in ***. My floors were ******* when they showed up.2. There are no hidden costs. *** does not disclose sub floor costs. My hope is on a slab and they wanted 5500 dollars extra to p***are the floor. Stay away from this company, especially if you have a sales person name, ***** I have dealt with a lot of sales people in my life, but never experienced a sales pitch like he gave never ever had a sales person. Call me a liar where finally I had to say, please leave my home, no wonder this company has so many lawsuits and I shouldve did my homework before I contacted them
The workers that installed my carpet for 5 rooms were great. Thats where this review turns bad for National Floors Direct in *******, **. The salesman seemed good. He is the ************************ ***** *******, who had no reason to tell us anything that wasnt true. He told us about a great carpet that beads up for seven minutes to allow cleanup. Tried to talking to their sales manager ********************************* who promised me baseboards, that I paid for and low and behold I didn't get them. He has refused to call me after I have called several times, will look forward to a court date and will file a police report.
