Tried to talking to their sales manager ********************************* who promised me baseboards, that I paid for and low and behold I didn't get them. He has refused to call me after I have called several times, will look forward to a court date and will file a police report.

Stay away! They bully u into signing that u have no right to cancel before 3 days! Against the law, every contract has 3 days! They would not give back deposit. Paid for rip up and they didnt do it and went right over broken tile floor- guys came in, showed them what had to be ripped up- they ripped up carpeting( which took them 45 min) then demanded the full payment before they started to lay floor- I had a certified bank check and showed it to them, they threatened to walk out unless they had payment in full in their hands

Will never recommend National Flooring Direct. This company is deceitful, not professional. They use subcontractors. Their sales representatives is selling a service/ product which he clearly doesnt have any knowledge of. Their whole team are very unprofessional. They will increase their price when they are clearly the ones at fault. They are targeting the seniors , they are modern day scammers . . The government has to step in and do something about this company. They will continue to rob the customers.

He never called back. Installer showed up with different directions that sales *** told us. Then after installing the grey vinyl plank in our kitchen, he installed brown transition strips and told us that was the matching pieces. It clearly was not.
