This was a great experience and it came out very well. I made and got this appointment very quickly and they were out and had the job done within a few days. Two people came to do the install and they were very professional and they did the job in less than 3 hours. I got both my staircases done and they came out excellent. The people installing the carpet in my home were on time and very courteous. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation. I work remote and I appreciate that they worked keeping that in mind. They kept the noise and banging to the necessary minimum. They ensured to clean up the area and leave everything as it was found.

The 3 man crew arrived at 11:15 am, and completed the job by 2:15pm. They were friendly and courteous. They showed me a sample of the floor I ordered and I agreed it was correct. They started the job immediately. I checked in the kitchen occasionally, and they obviously knew what they were doing. The cuts they made were accurate, and installed with skill. Our sales person Brandon was awesome! He was extremely friendly and nice. He took the time to explain about the flooring and the process. He got us an amazing price that was lower than our other quote! We wanted the flooring installed asap and he got it scheduled 2 days later! The installation went very smoothly and was very efficient! We absolutely love the flooring we picked out and would definitely use National Floors Direct again! We highly recommend!
