My experience with National Floors Direct was pleasant from start to finish—from the initial call to the follow-up after installation. The product was top-notch and high-quality. I appreciated that it was American-made and reliable. The installers were courteous and professional; their work showed their expertise. The results were nothing short of extraordinary. The salesman who came to my home was very pleasant and accommodating. He didn't hesitate to bring in & out more samples for me to look at in my home. He called into his office several times to try and reach the needs of my budget. There is a wide array of choices in quality. There was quite a bit of paperwork to complete the transaction. National floors direct was a great company to work for. They were upfront with how they work out pricing and were patient with us as we made our decision on floors. The salesman showed us in real time what the different color floors would look like in our room and and answered all of our questions regarding the details and waranties on each product. The salesman had a wide variety of quality samples for me to choose from. The installers were nice, polite and articulate. They handled my furniture and personal items with care, and put them back where I needed them. I love this carpet, it looks and feels great. I have already received compliments. I have been given a gift card for my time posting this honest review.
I recently had a carpet installed with National Floors Direct. The whole process from that at home consultation to the install was professional, timely, and courteous. The price was more than reasonable and the product was exceptional. I had reached out to 4 other companies for this project and no other company was able to offer the price and the quick install like NFD. The Crew that was sent to my home to install the Vinyl Flooring Are Excellent. First reason why , is the timing. I was given a e hour window that the installers would arrive at my house ( 7:30 am to 10:30am ) The morning of the installation I received a phone call at 7:25 am , it was Chris Vega the National Floor Direct installation Foreman letting me know that he was parked outside my front door and would wait for me to wake up and allow them inside to start their work.
