I am very pleased with my experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was friendly and very accommodating of our financial limitations. The carpet installers were also very friendly and professional, taking extra care not to damage my freshly painted walls. They did a great job with the installation as the carpet looks beautiful. After receiving a few quotes from other companies, National Floors Direct was next on the list. The salesman came, did a great job explaining their service and helped me choose the right flooring. We scheduled the installation, and the rest was history. The installers ripped out the existing tile and carpet, and installed the floors within two days. They look great and my wife and I are really pleased!

We were very pleased with the service we received from National Floors Direct. Beginning with the sales presentation that outlined what we should expect through the finished project. The installers were punctual and completed the flooring in a reasonable amount of time. They also were very efficient in leaving the area mess-free.
