NFD was fantastic in helping us recover from water damage in our bathroom and kitchen. Their salesman was timely and professional and worked with us to make sure we stayed within our insurance claim amount. The quality of the product and the installation was great. We have used NFD for several rooms in our house (some even twice) and always have a good experience. Overall great service and quality work done quickly. National Floors Direct was an amazing choice for my new flooring. From the very onset of the process to the very end, I was completely satisfied with the results. My sales rep, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable, sincere and helpful. She was patient and answered all of my questions and helped me pick the best rugs. The installers were very efficient and did a wonderful job with both installation and cleanup. I plan to have more floors done in the near future, and I will definitely be utilizing National Floors Direct!
The process was great from start to finish. Scheduled appt for day after initial phone call. The salesman arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers arrived early, before the expected time of 7:30 a.m., which was great. They worked all day, taking only a lunch break. They cleaned up once they finished the job. They were very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. After installing the floor they discussed the best way to clean the floors.
Absolutely love the new carpet in the bedrooms , hallway and stairs! Everything now looks so fresh and new and comfortable. Can’t wait to paint and furnish the rooms now!!! I’m so very happy with the results.
