I highly recommend this company for your next flooring project. They come to your home with samples and they can schedule in a timely manner. The people that did my install removed the furniture and closet doors with care not to do any damage and replaced them when the job was done. They were professional and polite and cleaned up everything. They even hauled away the old carpet. I love the job they did and I love my new carpet.
From the beginning Nate showed up on time for the estimate. I would have liked to see more choice samples. Since they were being put inthe bedrooms I was ok with my choice only thing was Nate said the product was made in America and it was made in Vietnam. Need new carpet for are bonus room call National Floors Direct. Salesman came out the next day had all the samples we picked a carpet. Insulation happened 2 days later. Installers were on time very polite and professional. Installation was quick they cleaned up everything and explained everything they did. I would Recommend national floor direct for all your flooring needs.
I was skeptical about carpet until I met with this company. They helped me find exactly what I needed. The carpet I got was soft and thing. ALSO the price they gave me was incredible compared to all the other places I got estimates from.

You always hear how difficult it can be to have work done on your home encountering untrustworthy contractors, unexpected delays and prices through the roof. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with meeting the sales rep. It was a nice convenience to have the rep meet me at my house with samples. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated his help with picking out the carpeting. The installers were very nice and efficient. They gave me a 30 minute courtesy call that they were on their way and then a call that the job would be finished in about 20 minutes so it was nice that I didn't have to miss time from work.
