We were very pleased with the service we received from National Floors Direct. Beginning with the sales presentation that outlined what we should expect through the finished project. The installers were punctual and completed the flooring in a reasonable amount of time. They also were very efficient in leaving the area mess-free. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of the finished project!!

He was very friendly; he described each product and guided us through the application process thoroughly. I was able to get questions answered from him and customer service. We followed the installation preparation instructions and, so when the installers came, everything went smoothly. Incidentally, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

MD13875 National Floors Direct is very responsive, from the sales representative to the contractors who installed the floors. My sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what flooring to pick. He was willing to work with pricing and installation dates. The contractors respected my home; they cleaned up, and we did a formal walk-through before they left. National Floors Direct was so great that I referred them to friends and family and am ready to re-do my upstairs. I highly recommend!
The company from the estimate to the installation was handled professionally and with expertise, they were very concerned with the cost of the product and the quality of the product. The installation was done with a professional attitude that made us feel confident that the product would last a long time!
