Great experience all around! Professional staff and they were on time! The *** that came to my house for the consultation was knowledgeable and worked with my needs to help land on the perfect rug for our basement. The installation team came on time and did quality/quick work with no issues. I highly recommend you consider National Floors Direct when you're looking for your next rug purchase. I am so glad that I went with ***. The team hired for my installation were professional and accommodating. The took extreme care of my furniture. I didnt have to worry about cleaning up after the completion of the job or stress over putting my furniture back in place. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. *** and the crew deserve kudos for doing an amazing job!
I made the call and the set up with the salesman was quick and easy. He brought all the necessary samples and we were able to shop at home and put the samples on the floor to get an idea of how our install would look. Our installation was the following week. We had a little problem and that was immediately taken care of. I will be using them again.

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. My floors are beautiful, changed the whole look of my first floor! My sales representative did a great job finding flooring options that worked for my family's needs and our budget. The company followed up many times prior to installation, to make sure I was prepared for install day. The guys who installed the floor were pros but I, especially, liked that they left my house clean and all of the furniture was returned exactly where it should go. I've used National Floors Direct three times. Each experience was great. The *** that came to my home was on time and brought great samples. Installation was painless and clean. The installers were very professional and respectful of my home, removing their shoes each time they entered. I would absolutely use them again.
