I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. I am so happy with my new Vinyl Plank Floors. They are beautiful and perfect! I was extremely happy with my salesman, lan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the floors and this one is the best for my dogs and us. lan also loved my lab. That meant a lot to me. The installers were great! They worked along with eachother and cleaned up afterward. I didn't feel I needed to even sweep or wash the floor. Thank you so much. Mary
I was extremely happy with the entire process. The representative explained the entire process, the materials to be used and the time frame it would take. They allowed me to pick my installation day according to when I would have funds available. Ordered the Mohawk Solid Tech Rustic Taupe LVP! The sales agent was very friendly and thorough. They were also flexible with the installation date. Before the installation, I had found a different provider that offered installation of identical floors. When I submitted the fee estimate, I was able to get a partial reduction on the price. I purchased 2 floors of vinyl floors from NFD. The initial visit by Bryan was exceptional. Ryan measured the area. Then discussed what needed to be done. He described the flooring options and made recommendations. After he mentioned the prices, time for implementation and the process. I signed a contract. We used National Floors Direct for two rooms in our house: a bedroom and a living room. We chose carpet for the bedroom and LVP for the living room. Jay Coyne was such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to work with our timeline and budget. He arrived the day after the initial call for our estimate and the floors were installed two days later. Our experience with National Floors Direct was excellent. We had carpet installed through out our home. Capet and Padding was their best. The installation was done as scheduled. The installation and installers were professional polite and respectful. We would recommend National Floors Direct.
I set up in home estimate online and received a call in no time to set up at my convenience. Estimator arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable. Agreed to price and set up install date right on the spot. Crew arrived and confirmed product and rooms to be carpeted. Crew was professional and cleaned dup all working areas before leaving.
