If you are in need of carpet or flooring National Floors Direct is the place to go. From the beginning with customer service to set an appointment - Excellent. The presentation demo with samples was very informative and professional - Excellent. Pre-installation instructions very thorough. Installation was very professional and they were very gentle moving my furniture. Very pleased with the complete experience with National Floors Direct! Highly recommended and will be using them for future flooring projects.

NFD was great the sales person was respectful and not pushy and very knowledgeable. The installer came got right to work. The carpet is soft and laid down perfectly. I was skeptical at first because I saw the commercial and decided to give NFD a try and I’m happy that I did. I would definitely use and recommend them.
My first time getting my floors done by National Floors Direct, and the guys did an amazing job. They paid attention to details from start to finish. National Floors Direct installed luxury vinyl plank floors in 2 bedrooms for us in December 2023. They beat a quote I had already gotten from a local company. The sales rep was very nice and arrived on time. The installers were also on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we definitely recommend this company. All went well. Install was good. Did not like price negotiation with salesman. Would use them again. Customer service call were good.
Had my upstairs carpet replaced last with (~1100 sq ft) with luxury vinyl flooring. To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. The installation team moved my furniture, were fast and cleaned up when they were finished. The communication from the free estimate all the way through post installation was great. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone for their flooring needs! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
