NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT Two weeks ago, two absolutely wonderful young men spent 9 hours installing beautiful berber carpeting on our first floor and stairs. Additionally, the sales manager that came to my house with samples from which to choose was also outstanding and professional! I can not say enough good things about my experience with them. Do not use this company! My family and I are going through a tough time right now because of a new home purchase with black mold.. rotted base boards, they can't even do the flooring if they wanted, my family and I haven't been able to life there for months and they are holding are funds.. send us cash or check w the rest of the money or else your out of luck they said.. to a father w a one year old, 6 year old and a pregnant wife.
I had a staircase rug installation July 23, 2024. I wanted to postpone it because my husband and I had Covid. We made them aware of this, but they said they would have to charge for the reschedule. I then said we'll send your installers because they said they would send them prepared with masks. We'll, a young couple came about an hour later than they said they would, no masks because the company never informed them of the situation. An absolute nightmare. I spoke with 4 other flooring companies before choosing National Floors Direct. I was told by their competitors how a crew would come in and use a automated machine, similar to a small zamboni, to remove the existing floors. This company sent out a crew with only a ********************* and I was responsible for renting the automated machine at a cost of $3,400. The following morning I received a call threatening me that I had to pay the $3,400 with a cashiers check and not a personal check or they wou... read more

Horrible! Had a carpet install scheduled for early Saturday between 9-11am for a small room, the closet and small hallway. Carpet installers arrived at 1-30pmI was the first customer on their schedule that morning, so arriving on time should have been a top priority. Two guys arrived, and their lead guy shows me the contract-two areas od install-didnt bring enough carpet. Wow!
