Met with a push salesman at my home. I ended up placing and order and decided the next day to cancel. Well I keep getting excuses that the sales manager will call me and I never received a call. I eventually was put through to speak to him. He told me my order was cancelled. When I called back to confirm this, they said it was never cancelled. This company is defi itely not recommended. They acted fraudulently by charging me more than double, charged my credit, refuses to price match, and now does not want to perform the work.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. After installing our hardwood floors worth $15,000. They did not leave any extra planks! Now that we needed two planks. We are told that we need to pay $200 for them to investigate the issue. Worst customer service!

He lied to us!He told us in his sales pitch that they send their installers to training. Found out from the workers that is false. The workers spoke no English so was very difficult to communicate with them. Thank goodness I speak Spanish! My husband does not.The molding job was unprofessionally done. Did not do good job. Do not use this company! My family and I are going through a tough time right now because of a new home purchase with black mold.. rotted base boards, they can't even do the flooring if they wanted, my family and I haven't been able to life there for months and they are holding are funds.. send us cash or check w the rest of the money or else your out of luck they said.. to a father w a one year old, 6 year old and a pregnant wife.
