I had a salesman come to give an estimate. The estimated price was pretty good but I let the salesman know I was ready to do the job until approx.April and it was Jan. ** said well put a down payment on it and it will hold the price also you can push back the date until April. I placed the down payment to hold the price. When the time came to change the date I was told I could push it back 2wks if I wanted more time than that it would cost me $250. This company is a SCAM! If there were negative stars, I would choose that! I purchased flooring to be installed. Went over our requirements and what we wanted. The salesman sold us what we discussed...so we thought. In order to get a sale he omitted part of the project from the paperwork, but when asking questions about what was being done, he confirmed everything we had discussed. I emailed and called customer service over 7x in the next two weeks as the "contract" was hard to understand; not one person returned my inquirie... read more

Beware of this company! They steal your deposits and do not adhere to the appointments you schedule only the appointment they schedule for you! The customer service is horrible non accommodating especially the manager **** They do not communicate amongst themselves or the customer. The wait to speak with someone is ridiculous. My overall experience with this company is traumatizing to say the least. I missed work thinking they were going to come out to change my material and re measure my kitchen however, they made a appoint... read more

Beware,Take your time and go to a store!Dont believe the great tv AD. I was too lazy and got stuck with a sweet talking sales person, sweet email attached to empty nothing promise and bait and switch carpet product. Proceed with caution, prices are not better than any store. Carpet Store or home center with service and follow up would be worth your time! The actual installer is the best and does excellent work. Take your time and go to a store for service and pricing

DO NOT USE! Sales pitch is like buying a car, pricing not transparent - "let me see if I can call my manager and get him to..." Initial install arrived with one man who said he wouldn't be able to complete the work that day (1000 feet of carpet), left our new carpet laying in the dirt/mulch as it awaited install, then left two things under the carpet once installed and a seam that was poorly done when we insisted the job needed to be completed that day because our whole house was tore up to prep for it. DONT DO IT! Liars, scammers! They came to our home knowing the sq feet they were working with. After they start putting leveling cement they tell us its going to be******* cash more! When we said NO! The contractor called floors direct which then they said ******* Cash!, or have floors put on bare floors and void warranty! We paid ******* cash and voided the warranty this is what they had planned all along to do. Scammers, liars AND! The material at initial appointment was different from the material used !
