I hired National Floors Direct in early January 2022 for an installation on 2/1/2022. The salesman came to our rental home, took measurements, and made three proposals--one price was valid if we signed that night, one if we signed in a week, and one if we signed in a month. This company does not care about their customer. The carpet was installed wrong and went way too far in the door frame causing our door to not shut. They will not fix this and hung up on me when I called customer service.

this company is a joke. called 6 times this am to find out where the installers are? and after i finally got someone of the phone..they were rude

We purchased carpeting and upgraded padding from National Floors Direct (NFD) in January 2019 for our bedroom. Within a year of normal use, the carpets pile became crushed in all the walk areas, this after weekly vacuuming of no less than 3 times a week with a high end vacuum with beater bar, as suggested for care. The carpet looked as bad as the 10+ year old carpet we replaced. This company is a total sham. They dont take credit cards only cash or money orders, so the customer has zero recourse. I purchased flooring for my bathroom and was given a **** window for installation. I was told to remove the toilet and vanity prior to workmen coming, or I would be charged more. I hired a plumber to remove my toilet first thing in the am and throughout the day kept callng for an ETA of my installation. I was then told that the crew was running late and was given a 3-6pm. Product installed was not product salesman showed us. Gave us run around from day one, rescheduled 3 times, Called and said they were going to change our order, from nail down to glue down or floating floor.

I went into an agreement with National Floors Direct after a three hour visit from one of their salesman. I informed him several times that my first level floors were cement and at ground level. I had been researching vinyl waterproof floors but the salesman told me the laminate would be fine as I never had water problems and laminate would be less costly. First time writing a review but I am compelled to. I totally disliked their service. First, they had to have cash or cashiers check for a down payment (no credit/debit cards). Next, they had limited samples, none to leave with you and want you to complete the transaction immediately. They also ask you to sign a statement stating that you will not cancel the transaction within three days. After contacting the company I was visited by a professional salesman from the company *********************** to give me an estimate to instal floor in my living room. He evaluated my floor making a note of water damage to the wooden floor and gave me an estimate of $ ***** and after giving him a 1/3 rd deposit, I signed a contract no VA10234 and was given a date of 1/28/22.
