Very pleased with the installation, crew installed quickly and cleaned up after the job was done, carpets came out great. Very pleased with the quality of the carpet and it's much better than what we had before. Would definitely going back to them for other flooring needs in the future.

I was very skeptical upon deciding on National Floors Direct but after I met the initial representative who visited my home and all of my skepticism just went out the door. He was so helpful and patient. He was open and very knowledgeable. On the day of the installation, the installers were prompt, super courteous, and very professional. In conclusion, the carpet looked great! It was just what I expected and after several inspections from my children, they are in agreement! We had really old carpeting and needed an update. We are so pleased with our team, from ***** who met with us, to the installation team. When ***** met with us, he was honest with us and did not disappoint. When our new floors were installed, it took one day for 5 rooms, 7 closets and a hallway. Everyone involved was professional and courteous. We recommend our team to anyone who desires the best floors.

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The initial consultant was very informed and helped us pick out the best wood and set up for our room. The service was easy to schedule . We received updates regarding floor technician arrival time the day before and they were right on time. They were very hard workers and had a large room completed in 7 hours . Great job from beginning to end . My salesman came in with quality product explained everything in detail scheduled the install within days. ***** my installer arrived promptly and did a fabulous job I love my beautiful floors. From start to finish this was without a doubt the best experience with purchasing flooring. From appointment setting, to sales, to installation it was awesome. The team is professional and knowledgeable, and the products are actual name brand products that look amazing. I would highly recommend them and will be ordering additional flooring in the near future. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I just completed installation of an engineered hardwood floor with National Floors Direct. The product looks very natural and I'm very pleased with the quality. The sales representation was able to give me a picture of what the room would look like when I selected the product. The installers replicated a custom design that was there previously. They also cleaned up what turned out to be a challenging job given the amount of glue that was used on the previous floor. I would highly recommend National Floor Direct.

National floors direct was amazing and very helpful with insisting me on choosing my floors and staying within my budget..the 2 guys they sent out to do my floors were very professional and polite .my floors look amazing and when they were done they cleaned up and helped my husband put back all the furniture...i would highly recommend national floors
