This was my first experience with National floors Direct. I was very satisfied with their timely arrival. Emails were sent to keep me posted on their time frame arrival. The installers were polite, respectful and properly prepared. The old carpet was beautifully removed and taken away. No damage to moldings during the removal. I had my stairs carpeted and installed by National Floors. I contacted National Floors and a salesman came out the next day. I selected a carpet frim an incredible amount of great carpet samples and 2 days later installed. The whole process was seamless. Stairs look great! Purchase order# FL12204 Sales representative was very courteous and professional. Sales rep did a good job of explaining the pros and cons of the floor options we selected. Installation team was also very professional and courteous. We were very happy that they completed the job in the schedule time promised. Clean up of job site after work was completed was also done well. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
The 2 gentlemen were right on time! They got the old carpet our in no time and put the new one in very quickly! The crew did a great job and clean every thing up very nicely! We love our new carpets.
I purchased carpeting through National Floors Direct and I couldn't be happier! Kieva was such a big help, listening to what I was looking for. I had a really great experience with National Floors Direct. It was really easy to schedule someone to come out to give us a quote on the carpet we wanted for our hallway. The salesman was very nice and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. On the day of the installation the workers showed up right on time. They were very nice. I can't say enough about how happy I am with National Floors Direct! I am doing a complete remodeling of my childhood home. I explained to the sales associate exactly what I had in mind, and he fully understood my vision. He recommended laminate in all of the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We had a very good experience with National Floors Direct. From start to finish, the process was very smooth. We were able to set up a consultation appointment within a few days. The salesman came out, showed us a variety of carpets and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.
