Nat'l Floors Direct contacted me almost immediately after I reached out to them. The salesperson was informative, and accommodating when helping me decide what to choose from their many options. The installers were friendly, professional and thorough. They didn't leave until I was satisfied with the product. I was very happy upon their completion.

I had a great experience from the start of calling National Floors Direct. The customer service department , salesman and installers are all so knowledgeable of the product and the company. The salesman helped me select a floor and color that would blend with my other rooms. I could not have the floor installed until other renovations were completed ( my choice) . Value for money. Professional. Efficient. We had a new carpet installed by National Floors Direct. I was happy with the service, it was a positive experience.Value for Money and great service. I recommend National Floors Direct. Not only we got a good price for the carpet, but the installation was also great. The staff were professional and efficient they installed the carpet in a short time and cleaned up/vacuumed afterwards. They were respective of the property and I look forward to working with them in the future.

We had a great experience here with them. We were able to get someone to quote us within a day of reaching out. They only showed me the wood flooring and colors that I liked. Once picked they gave us a great price and was able to get us scheduled for that same week! Install was easy and quick and the floor looks great!

National Floors Direct were professional from beginning to end. They matched and beat the price of an existing quote we had as advertised. The demonstrator was extremely knowledgeable and patient. The workers were punctual, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall the experience was extremely positive and we will use them in the future.

VERY pleased with our flooring purchase. ***** from sales was punctual with appointment, Had a great selection and explained everything thoroughly. Our installation was scheduled in 2 days as promised. Installation was great, left floors with no mess. Installer was also professional and did a great job. The flooring is beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I have my elderly mother living with me and needed floors that would be good with her wheelchair and match her esthetic but also look good when we go to update. The salesperson listened to my needs and recommended the perfect vinyl flooring. Removal and installation all happened in one day. All pricing was upfront with no "surprise" charges on installation day. And the installation crew did an amazing job and addressed any of my questions. The experience was simply extraordinary, since the first time we talked about our floors it was just amazing and now that we have installed the new floor it looks so beautiful. The high quality materials are out of this world. The installers were so professional. We are so satisfied with our product and with National Floors direct. I would definitely do my floors again a hundred more times with National Floors Direct!
