I had a very good experience with this company, they installers were friendly and professional. They moved all the furniture and were careful not to damage anything. They cleaned everything up before they left.

It was a pleasure working with National Floors Direct. Everyone was honest and friendly from the sales person to the installation crew. The installation crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely. We had to reschedule our installation and it was easy and we were able to change the date with no problems.

As a returning customer, again i am please with the service from National Floors Direct. This is my second time using them. Their availabilty to come over with their samples was within days of my initial call. The quality of the carpet i purchase is great and being acknowledged as a previous customer means a lot. The installers were friendly and the removal of *************** was impecable. i'll be sure to use them again in the near future for my last room that might need a make over soon.
