As a returning customer, again i am please with the service from National Floors Direct. This is my second time using them. Their availabilty to come over with their samples was within days of my initial call. The quality of the carpet i purchase is great and being acknowledged as a previous customer means a lot. The installers were friendly and the removal of *************** was impecable. i'll be sure to use them again in the near future for my last room that might need a make over soon.

We had a great experience here! We were able to get someone to quote us within a day of reaching out. There was so many options for carpet that we could choose from! Once picked they gave us a great price and was able to get us scheduled for that same week! Install was easy and quick and the floor looks great! *****************************

I was so happy when they were able to install my new floor on the date that I had available.They installers were punctual and efficiently downloaded everything from the van and quickly proceeded to remove the carpet.They worked in a methodical and orderly manner and paid attention to details to make sure every inch of the floor came out perfectly. National Floors Direct is an easy company to work with. You make a call or send an email. A day or two later you have a professional representative at your door. They bring the samples and explain the process. It is very easy. Not to mention affordable. The crew that installs always walk you through the process, ask questions if necessary. They are always competent, always clean up, and show off the final project. Definitely, a company I would use again on my next flooring project. Project #MA *****.

i found this company on a local commercial and it **** my attention . we were looking into getting our home some new flooring from our carpets, when we got our estimate we felt it was great for our budget and loved the design. the installers were great and professional.

I would recommend National Floors Direct to anymore. They are very professional and knowledgeable. ******* took time to listen to what we want out of the floors. The installation crew went above and beyond. I am very happy with the outcome of our floors!!
