To start, the in-home sales consultant was very knowledgeable and comfortable to ask questions to. Then, the corporate sales team followed up to confirm the delivery date and time. I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. Upon completion, they walked us through their work to ensure we were completely satisfied. We love the work and the new look.
The installers were on time and began work immediately. They cleared the rooms by removing furniture and began to tear up old carpet and padding. The disposed of said carpet and padding. Installed the new carpeting with precision and paid *************************. They answered all my questions and attended to every detail. The cleaned up and placed furniture back in place.
