I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I highly recommend National Floors Direct. From beginning to end, our experience was always positive. Marc, our Sales rep, was well versed in the industry and had answers for all of our questions. The price was well within our budget. We never felt pressured to make the purchase. Our installers were very professional, clean and tidy leaving no mess behind. I would definitely recommend NFD to friends and family.

very nice installation of carpet and wood flooring in my home. old carpet removal was also very smoothly taken care. moved all the heavy furniture and put them back in place was a cherry on top. highly recommended
The installation team was very friendly and their work was great. The guys worked quick and efficiently, but not too quick to where they were messy. They were very careful moving my dad's bedroom furniture around and they put it back nice and made it look like it did prior to moving it. These guys seem like they are passionate about their work. Had a wonderful experience with NFD. The initial phone call was smooth. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Jigme, the sales person that came out was informative and very kind...no pressure at all. The installation team was quick and cleaned up well. The post visit call from Karen wasn't expected and that put the cherry on top for me. I would 110 percent use and recommend NFD. I did receive a gift card for my time in posting this review, but would do so regardless.
Good work installing new kitchen floor. Good quality material overall and took care of moving around appliances. Also helped me moving some other items with additional charges. Work was completed in 2 days and looks good. Definitely recommend it.

I recieved a gift card for my time in posting this honest review,which I wouldn’t do if I was not satisfied.I need shop at home service. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers remove carpeting in two bedrooms and the hall way.They then installed laminate flooring.It was completed I one day andI am very satisfied.
