I love my carpet and in fact will call again next year for my two stair ways to be completed. **************** quality product, pleasant and efficient installers. I am extremely happy with my new vinyl plank floors installed by National Floors Direct. They are beautiful and perfect! I was extremely happy with ***********, lan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the floors and knew this one would be the best for my dogs and us. *** also loved my lab. That meant a lot to me. The installers were great! They worked along with eachother and cleaned up afterward. I didn't feel I needed to even sweep or wash the floor. Thank you so much.

From the salesman to the installer the service was 100% great. Both were very knowledgeable of their jobs which made it very easy to work with both. I was very comfortable with having them in my home to do the job. A great job it was. I highly recommend.

After a leak in our kitchen we needed to replace the floors. We were looking to match flooring we had done last year. The salesperson was very nice and efficient. They helped us to stick to our budget and get the project done quickly. The flooring was put in quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the results

The sales person really took the time to discover the best product for my home. He made sure the price fit my budget which was cheaper than the big box stores. There was nothing pushy about this sales process.The installers were very professional and detailed. My carpet was installed a week from the order date. We had our 3 bedrooms,a hallway and stairs carpeted to perfection in 1 day. We contracted National Floors Direct to instal basement flooring and to carpet the stairs leading to the basement. The entire process was seamless as the crew arrived as scheduled and kept us updated as to the progress.Once completed they neatly cleaned up and asked us to inspect their work for final approval.We were extremely satisfied as to the quality of work performed and the expertise of the installers.

After I had signed the order, I started having second thoughts based on some reviews I had read. But, when the install started, I pleasantly learned that the reviews were misplaced.The team that showed up for my job was the best install team I have ever experienced. There was 6 people, two spoke good English. They arrived around 9:30m and finished by 3:30pm the same day. They tore up tile and carpet, cleaned the floors as they repositioned furniture.
