The carpet and quality is beautiful. The installers arrived on time. They requested payment prior to starting the job. They were very courteous & friendly. National floors direct has the best pricing. They also have several carpet and flooring options. The carpet install went so smoothly. They also moved all heavy furniture which was included in in the pricing. The installers thoroughly cleaned up afterwards as well. My carpet is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this company. The installation looks professional. The installation team arrived on time and they worked fast. They did a good job. The appreciation gift card is great.
NFD did a great job end to end. I scheduled an in home estimate for a solution to flooring that wouldn’t be ruined by disabled doggie accidents. The flooring specialist gave me different options at different price points. Scheduling was at my convenience - they even called to see if I wanted it done earlier because they had the flooring in stock and the installation specialists available. Working with NFD was easy, from sales person to installers. They also offer a rewards,gift card for taking the time to post honest reviews. The crew did a great job on installing our laminate flooring. They arrived at 10am and it was all done by 7pm. 450 square feet. First they made sure it was the correct flooring. They were courteous and professional. After the job was done they cleaned the whole area very well. Overall a happy customer, the floor looks beautiful.

My experience with NFD was positive from start to finish. I had just moved into my home and really needed my floors done in two rooms before I could settle in. My consultant Chris was absolutely amazing. He was personable, a good listener and not pushy or overbearing (a problem I have experienced with other companies). Excellent Job done by National Floors. They were knowledgeable in carpets. We were offered a excellent recommendations. They were very considerate to the Veterans organization, and the sales representative went way beyond his job duties. The carpet installers arrived on time. After completing the carpet insulation, the area was left very clean.
