The team came in early and they were very professional, show team where the carpet needed to be replaced the removed the old one quickly and took their time adding the new carpet.

Everyone from sales to customer service were outstanding. The installation went quick and smooth and the installers were wonderful. They moved our furniture out of 4 rooms and back in like professional furniture movers. They cleaned up thoroughly too! We are very happy with our new carpeting.

Quick and efficient. The sales representative was awesome and personable. They gave us the cheapest quote in the area for a lot of square footage of carpet. The installers were great . Quick, one day job . They showed us the work after it was beautiful and cleaned up nicely. 10 year warrantee and They offered a $25 gift card for my honest review !

I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. The process of dealing with this company was easy from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with from the Office personnel to the Sales rep to the Installation crew were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. The Sales rep was informative, but not pushy. I had National Floors install new carpet in my vacation home and I was very happy with their service. They communicated the timeframes they were coming, and the installers were polite and left the house clean and free of any debris. The sales person was knowledgeable, knew the product very well and stayed within our budget. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I was considering getting a new floor in my basement. I originally had carpet and wanted vinyl floors installed. I contacted National floors direct and they quickly sent someone out to talk about different options. I chose the flooring and was set up with an install date immediately. The workers came in a timely manner and were excellent. They cleaned everything up for me and removed it off my property. I was greeted by a super friendly sales person who was helpful and knowledgeable about firing and helped me make a decision. A deposit was made then and the work scheduled. A week later or so two men showed up, asked for the balance of payment and the work began. They were friendly and expeditious, completing the work in under a day.
