I just had my extra bedroom and hallway carpet replaced with NFD. I love the color, the service, the price and the technicians who installed it. I got my new hardwood floors (see pics for these and carpet) from NFD a few months ago, so I knew I would get high quality product and service. The men who removed the prior carpet and installed the new were fast, professional and friendly. They did quality work and even vacuumed the carpet before they left. Floors look absolutely wonderful. Just wish they offered more options for stairs as now my stairs don’t match my floors and I have to go to get another company to get my stairs done. They don’t offer Laminate options for stairs. But outside of that, everything was great. I got the bedrooms done 2 years ago. And this year we did the living room. So everything looks really good. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. And that definitely made me happy:)

National Floors Direct did an exceptional job with our home. The sellers had old vinyl tiles and these were replaced with Luxury Vinyl (simply awesome) and all the carpet was replaced on two sets of stairs, family room and 2 bedrooms. The installers were terrific and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. All old carpet, padding and waste was taken away and they left the extra carpet and vinyl in case I need it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

What a great experience, once again. We have used them multiple times and each has been great. They always leave the house cleaner then when they arrive. The quality is excellent. They were cheaper than the rest also. We will continue to use them for allnour projects

We are so happy with the new carpeting in our baby’s nursery! The salesman was super knowledgeable and informative. He made the whole process so easy. Installation was quick and easy too! I still can’t believe how great the price was too. It’s super soft and durable. We couldn’t be happier! National floors direct was a great decision for us to get out floors done. We contacted them helpful sales rep showed up on a Monday and we had our floors installed that Thursday. They were extremely polite got the job done the same day and cleaned everything up perfectly. I also could not be the price. I would highly recommend National floors direct for any of your needs. After being totally confused by the options and process at a big box store, we decided to call National Floors direct. The Sales rep, Rob, went through all the options and the process. We were thrilled when we found out they move furniture. The installation team showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. 2 guys finished 4 bedrooms with furniture in one day. Wow. Thank you and I would highly recommend. Ask for Rob.

The installers did a great job. The carpet looks great. they cleaned up after they finished . The mornings of they called and told me what to expect. They moved the furniture and put everything back in place
