After being totally confused by the options and process at a big box store, we decided to call National Floors direct. The Sales rep, Rob, went through all the options and the process. We were thrilled when we found out they move furniture. The installation team showed up on time and worked straight through until the job was done. 2 guys finished 4 bedrooms with furniture in one day. Wow. Thank you and I would highly recommend. Ask for Rob.
The installers did a great job. The carpet looks great. they cleaned up after they finished . The mornings of they called and told me what to expect. They moved the furniture and put everything back in place

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct for order FL13850, starting with the representative that came to my home. He took the time to explain all of my options and I felt like he was thorough and honest. I like that NFD does not have a showroom, which can feel overwhelming, but brings the showroom to you, so you can best get a feel in the place where it's going to live. We were in immediate need of new carpeting in two of our bedrooms. We called National Floors Direct on Tuesday, a sales representative came on Wednesday with product samples to choose from and a reasonable quote and on Thursday we had our new carpeting installed! Installation was quick and efficient and the new carpeting looked great! And on top of that, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
They rescheduled on me one time. Otherwise, the salesman was friendly, did not pressure me.. gave good options for the laminate I wanted. The installers were efficient, on time and cleaned up throughly after.

Salesman showed up on time and showed many samples to choose from. He then took detailed measurements and addressed an area we were concerned with. We then set up a scheduled install date. Installers showed up on time and prepped area for install. Install was done efficiently. Installers then cleaned up and vacuumed the new carpet.
