From start to finish, we are extremely pleased with our new floors. We went from old carpeting to laminate flooring. Such a difference. When we met with our sales rep to the installation team, everyone was professional and met all our expectations. We would recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring!

Purchased new floor from NFD and I highly recommend them. Very professional, courteous and fast. Floor installed within one week and within 4 hours (removal of old floor, install new floor and clean afterwards).
It was very easy to schedule a free estimate simply by calling NFD's toll-free number. The NFD sales person arrived on-time as scheduled and was extremely courteous and helpful. The NFD sales person was very patient in terms of showing us all carpeting options. He worked hard with his management team via phone to get us the price we were looking to pay, which was 20% less than the competition. The whole process was very easy and quick. They came to the house with samples and were able to take a picture of the floor showing it with the new flooring which was very helpful in helping us pick the floor we liked. The installers were efficient and did their job with professionalism. They cleaned up and did a great job.
I am pleased with the installation of my new vinyl flooring. The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves before they left. They moved the appliances back to where they are supposed to be. The flooring looks really nice. I received a gift card for the time needed to give this honest review. National floors direct installed a beautiful carpet for me last week. I was truly impressed with the process. They arrived on time. Removed and disposed of the old carpet. Vacuumed the room completely before installing the new carpet. They also vacuumed the new carpet after they finished. I especially appreciated that they put down a piece of the carpet they removed to wipe their feet each time they came in as it was raining. I will definitely use them again. We got our floors done last week and the installers were great. The contractor spoke perfect English and was very respectful. We had to custom order our floors and NFD called us and let us know the wrong type came in before they sent the contractor out and they fixed the issue and got us the correct floors. They estimated 3 days and they got the job done in 2 and it could of been a single day but the contactors had to drive 2 hours each way. Would recommend. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
