This is an outstanding company. The 2 workers were great. Very professional. Very efficient. They cleaned up when they were done. They even took my old carpet when the left.

Customer Service phone contact person was courteous and knowledgeable. Mr. Michael Nooney was punctual arriving at my home. He explained the Company's policies verbally and with slides in a very efficient manner. As I felt comfortable with this information, I then proceeded to go ahead with the installation. They went beyond my expectations. Before they started they made sure it was the rug I wanted and they were fast, clean and efficient. I highly recommend for any floor installation. I inquired about National floors direct via the phone and from the person who helped me over the phone, to the sales rep that came to my home and explained everything to the men that came to remove my carpet and install the new floors were professional and patient with me as I asked a million questions as a new home owner. I’m very happy I went with National floors direct.
They came in and moved all my things for me so that the carpet could be installed. Gave me a good price and worked in my budget.
