We just had our entire 2nd floor including stairs and 2 landings carpeted by National Floors Direct. We could not be more pleased with this company. Everyone, from the sales rep, the customer service people, the delivery department and the installers were AMAZING!! From start to finish the experience with National Floors was fantastic. The sales rep was on time, professional, and explained everything to us. The sales rep was great. The customer service was great. The installers were great. The policies on materials being out of stock or on back order are terrible, and shame on me for not actually reading the fine print. I’m not saying it’s their fault for not informing me, because in all fairness it’s written in there, but it’s extremely daunting trying to read over every detail in the moment. They were very professinal from the start. Made sure materials were correct and walked me thru install process. Install was perfect and they celaned up behind themselves. I never used National Floors Direct, but have often seen their commercials. My experience was terrific, from the first telephone call to make an appointment, through the installation. They got a sales rep to my house within the same day and Chris was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable on my options, as well as giving the company's history, plus, he was funny. The installers were experienced, efficient and cleaned up afterward. I'm very pleased with my new carpeting and highly recommend NFD to everyone!
The whole process was made very easy.. from the the call to inquire about flooring to the day of installation was quick and efficient . They were reasonable with pricing and the quality of installation was excellent . I would definitely choose them again and recommend them to family .I was impressed when they did a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation
The 3 NFD installers showed up in a timely manner. They were pleasant and helpful. After confirming my purchase color flooring, the boys proceeded to remove my couch and existing rug. They disposed of the rug and trash immediately. It only took about 2 hrs to install my new beautiful floor and I couldn’t be happier. NFD was the perfect choice from sales to installation. I didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I would recommend to my fam and friends any day. Thanks.
National Floors Direct was the right choice for me. My sales person brought out so many options and then based on my family/pet needs, we narrowed it down to the perfect match. The installers were friendly, efficient and thorough. They cleaned everything up behind them and gave me a few maintenance tips! I received a follow up phone call within an hour asking if I was happy. Such great service!
