We couldn't be ************ was snowing Saturday so in order not to damage carpet the offered to come install that Sunday instead of waiting another week for appointment. They were right on time and did an amazing job installing. They cleaned up the rooms before leaving. I would highly recommend to anyone. Also they provided an Amazon gift card for honest review.

I am so pleased to write a review for NFD. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, but even if I hadn't, I would love to tell everyone that the experience I had with this company was amazing. From start to finish...we were impressed. We started the process of carpeting our stairs by filling out contact info online. The communication was prompt and courteous. Within a few days, we had our floors measured, carpet selected and install appointment booked! After measuring, we were shown several samples and had a thorough explanation about the product. I received a gift card for my time writing this honest review. My job # was MA23371.National floors direct installed a nice carpet in my basement . Installers were punctual and neat.the price was competitive . The people over the phone were polite. The salesperson was knowledge

I got my new carpets! It all started with the friendly sales representative and he was not pushy at all! A very big plus in my eyes. The installation team was very friendly and their work was great. The guys worked quick and efficiently, but not too quick to where they were messy. They were very careful moving my dad's bedroom furniture around and they put it back nice and made it look like it did prior to moving it. These guys seem like they are passionate about their work. Had a wonderful experience with NFD. The initial phone call was smooth. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Jigme, the sales person that came out was informative and very kind...no pressure at all. The installation team was quick and cleaned up well. The post visit call from ***** wasn't expected and that put the cherry on top for me. I would 110 percent use and recommend NFD.
