National Floors Direct who knew! Went to a "Big Box Store", wanted to get some information on carpet (to relay to husband). I had a bit of pep in my step, we were finally finishing our room project. I made it to the carpet area, found an employee (that took some time) then proceed to ask him a question on the carpet they had. National Floors Direct carpeted 3 bedrooms, a hall and staircase in my new addition. They made the entire process very easy and the finished results look great! They had a good selection of carpets for a reasonable price and were very easy to work with. The installation was on-time and the installers were very professional. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, but it really was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
I want to express my great satisfaction with NFD. The technicians that performed the install of the vinyl flooring were prompt and professional. The install came out great and the Pastor of the church where the install occurred was very happy. The whole process from the sale to the finished work was a breeze. I would definitely use NFD again. They had a good assortment of carpeting to choose from. They were able to meet my scheduling needs. Installation was a breeze. The men were careful taking out the old carpet and bringing in the new carpet through my narrow hallway. I'm very happy with them. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
I was totally satisfied with my shopping experience with National Floors Direct. The salesperson was professional and knowledgeable with a good understanding of my needs and budget. The installation was excellent and they arrived on time. My experience with the big box store was frustrating and selection was poor.

Salesperson was on time. He worked quickly to take measurements. He showed only 2 options based on my preferences. Because of the large square footage selection was limited to their inventory. Price quote was matched to competitors. No ability to use credit cards or check to pay balance. Thought closets were being done but were not in diagram. No one to call to dispute issue. The installation team for National Floors Direct exceeded my expectations for the install. I had concerns about stairs in the center of the room and a curved wall, but both were handled perfectly with no difference in the install compared with the rest of the room. They were able to work with me to find a product in my price point that fit the style I was looking for. The laminate product looks high end and could nearly pass for wood.
