The quality and variety of options was perfect for us. We did carpet and laminate and the install was quicker than anticipated - caused almost no disruption in our day, which was a pleasant surprise. The installers removed the old carpet with no fuss, so very little work on our end! Will use again when another project comes up.

The carpet and quality is beautiful. The installers arrived on time. They requested payment prior to starting the job. They were very courteous & friendly. The were very clean and vacuumed when finished. I would recommend National Floors Direct.
Wow! Fast and easy. The installers were kind and efficient in their craft. They came in around 9:30-10am and was done by 1pm. and my kitchen looks so good. They even made sure to ask me how I wanted my floors to lay, I really appreciated that. I live in a old carriage house with cement floors. The rep came in and got me a great deal 60% off and a little more because they didn't have to remove an existing floor. I am so happy.
