From the time the Salesperson arrived I knew that we would be in good hands. From the process of securing a quote through getting the work done they worked well with our peculiarities and needs, the floor they put down is amazing and the workmanship was second to none. We looked for a long time and are grateful to have found them.

I will use this company for the rest of my flooring needs, They arrived promptly. The crew was very polite and professional. They did a carpet renewal and flooring install in under two hours. During the entire process they were super clean. I cannot say enough about how pleasant the entire process was, Not to mention the fair pricing. I received a gift card for posting this honest review. I believe they have earned it.
The installers were very professional and courteous. The order was verified before install. Installers worked quickly but efficiently. Everything came out very nice. They cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving. The installers were also very careful not to destroy or damage the new paint in the kitchen.
Nothing but good things to say about National Floors Direct! First, their salesman, William Gardner, arrived at our house on time, was courteous, professional, and spent a great deal of time explaining our carpet options. My experience with National floors direct was great. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. I have a Mohawk flooring in my living room and dining room and I was interested in placing the same flooring in my family room. Even though the representative wasn't able to provide me with the exact flooring option I wanted, he was able to find something even better. The process was smooth and very professional from start to finish. They were very accommodating and considerate with my time and needs. The installation crew worked quickly and professionally, moving my furniture and removing my old rugs. When they were done they put everything back in it’s place and cleaned up as if it was their own home. I am so pleased with the outcome, plus National Floors Direct gave me a gift card for my honest review - I will definitely use them again in the future.
I was able to replaced two bedrooms with new carpet. From the start the sales person was honest and not pushy. I was able to get two rooms done for the price of one room that the competitor was charging me. I would like to thank National Floors Direct for their great customer service and quality of work and product.
Great service. Our install was quick and our carpets look amazing. NFD worked within our budget and provided an excellent product. I love our new carpets and would definitely use them in the future.
