Fantastic company! We were looking for carpet installation for our staircase and contacted National Floors Direct. They came out the next day, gave us all the information we needed, had samples to view and helped us make the right decision without being pushy. Two days later the carpet was in and the job was done. The price was very reasonable. We are happy with what we got.

I have a new home and wanted to replace the carpet in a couple of areas with LVP. I got 3 estimates and by far, National Floors Direct was the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with. The sales person, *****************************, made me feel very comfortable and I could tell that he knew what he was doing in regard to the logistics of installing my new flooring. ***** the sales consultant was great, prompt, on time and professional. Leading up to the install, they sent numerous emails making sure the product I ordered was correct. Upon installation the installers showed up early! They installed a beautiful floor exactly as we envisioned. The quarter round they trimmed out with was perfect. The installers went above and beyond for a perfect floor! Cleaned up after the install as well so it was a perfect experience!!!!*****

We had a very positive experience with national floors direct. From the sals person to the installers everyone was professional, courteous and helpful. The floors are of great quality and look great installed. Craftsmanship was top notch and the work was done really quickly. We are very happy with our project and plan to use NFD in the future.

We had a great experience with NFD from start to finish. There was a slight delay in the installation process but at the end of the day, we were 100% satisfied with the professionalism and customer service. We are happy we contacted them for their service. I have to give credit to the woman on their commercials as well. Shes speaking as if she is talking to you directly. Thank you National Floors Direct.l!

They installed quickly and the price wasnt bad. But they claim their carpets are stain resistant. THEY CERTAINLY ARE NOT!! Spilled coffee and it not only stained but it wont come out. False advertising

The salesperson was supercool. No pressure or up selling. The crew arrived on time, actually early. The crew were polite and professional. The floors came out beautiful. Definitely recommend. JOB NUMBER PA10141.
